I walked in randomly, without a reservation for a rental bike and was greeted by personable, knowledgeable staff and they quickly got an e-bike set up for me to use that day. They let me try 3 different sizes and put new tires on to match the trail conditions. The Trek Rail 9.7 allowed me to work as much or as little as I wanted while climbing and offered a planted, fast down-trail experience. This was my very first time riding an e-bike and I can now see one in my future. Thanks Epicenter.

The back tire was so worn down that it kept slipping underneath me. I feel multiple times because of it. Same trails I’ve taken the same type of bike. Scratched up both knees, back and elbows pretty bad.
