Poor communication - The experience was very good and the staff very friendly however the lady in charge of providing the package, had told us that the zipline could be repeated 5 times for two hours, but after the first lap it was made clear that you could only once and that only the full pass included that promotion, it is better to train the staff for assertive and correct communication

Awesomeness - It was terrifyingly amazing🙃🙃🙃 Climbing to the zip line was scary and going on the zip itself was worst. But it was good. It’s just 1 zip across, that was heartbreaking. I thought it was more. For a zip line it’s a bit too short and or 1 is too little. But anyhow, they also offer a tour of Panama which I appreciated because I didn’t get to see it all physically so that was good. The video presentation was good too, it showed us practically everywhere, all the history and culture of Panama. This was done through a virtual tour. Third, was the canal museum and I got to learn more about the canal that I didn’t learn from the Panama Canal tour itself - all the history, the bad and the good. And showed couple pieces of equipment that was used to build the canal. They also had a 3-5 minutes presentation of how it works, just a glimpse. The whole thing was amazing!!! They have a phrase, If you didn’t visit Poin, you didn't visit Panama! I AGREE ☝️ Great way to end my trip in Panama

Solo trip Panama - Totally amazing you get a lot for a very inexpensive prize. Everyone was very friendly. Amazing views great pictures. The food was even amazing and there’s so many different activities to explore. If you’re not into zip lining, there’s still other things that you can do.

Very fun adventure - This experience was really fun would totally remember for anyone who loves to live life on the edge. This experience was really exciting.

A great way to see some... - A great way to see some incredible views of the city! The zipline is about a 15-20 second ride but it’s fun to see the streets from up above. The museums were very informative too so a good deal for the price. I didn’t see anything about recommended attire when I was signed up so I was find in shorts, a tank top and sneakers. They give you a locker for other belongings too. This was definitely safe for solo travelers. The bummer for me was that I was one of the first on the zipline and the photographer wasn’t quite ready. They sell the photos in packs of 4 for $20 but there weren’t 4 “good” ones so I was a bit bummed. If you can do it with a friend, I’d recommend having them take pictures or a video instead.

Decent experience might get dirty looks and racist remarks - Some staff was so racist, we went in the night, we didn't know it was high end establishment with restaurants so we went little underdressed nothing scandalous(we wore street wear) though, but some of staff was extremely racist,giving us dirty looks,not wanting enter elevators with us, not all staff ,the guys who were apart of getting ready they were chill and small girl with glasses was very friendly also the front desk and photo booth guy was nice but others, was unpleasant if your black just be warn you get few dirty looks by some of staff and unpleasant attitudes also i got racist remark,I didn't speak Spanish but I have friends who from Dominica republic and they taught me alot expletives in Spanish so I picked up on it

Disappointed - Contacted Viator about not being able to make it can I reschedule they advise to reach out to facility and nobody never contacted me back super disappointed with service
