• One parasailing round takes around 3 to 5 minutes and can accommodate 1 to 2 people.
• Each banana boat session runs for 10–15 minutes and requires at least 2 participants, maximum 6 people.
• Each storm boat session runs for 10–15 minutes and requires a minimum of 2 guests, maximum 6 people.
• For Jet ski, drivers must be at least 15 years old. Children under 15 may ride as passengers with a parent or guardian.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
• Pregnant participants are not permitted to join this activity.
• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, bone diseases and other serious medical conditions are not recommended to join the tour.
