Just amazing - Amazing day out from start to finish. Great starting early and beating the crowds. All stops were incredible. Lunch was delicious. Can’t find any fault whatsoever. Don’t hesitate to book.

Best time ever! Must do. - My family had an amazing time! Leaving early is the secret for sure, things weren’t too crowded. The lunch was also delicious! Highly recommend.

Thoroughly recommend - small group, safe crew, avoids the crowds - After much research we booked 2 boat trips with Mark and his team. This didn’t appear in any of the glossy handouts in Thailand, but after checking reviews of all the brochures I had seen a lot of safety concerns and crowding on the fancy looking boat tour brochures we had come across . Via recommendation I came across Phuket sail tours and am so happy we went with them. Our first trip was cancelled the same morning due to bad weather and safety concerns, but the reason we booked was to make sure we weren’t with a company taking people out regardless to make money, and it would have been an awful day out on the boat. We had clear communication, an offer to change or refund, and no quibble when we were unable to find a new date. Our second tour we had booked went ahead, pick up from hotel was seamless and short, where many companies would add in many stops. We had a simple breakfast at the port and set off very early to avoid all the other boat tours. This was invaluable when we saw the sheer volume of boats later in the day, as it meant we were ahead of the crowds at every stop. We only had 12 people on our boat instead of the 80+ we could see on other boats, so had a great experience, saw beautiful coves and were really well looked after. Lunch was in a lovely restaurant without crowds, and an abundance of drinks was on board as well as chocolate bars and fruit. I initially had hesitated as some of the brochures for other companies showed cool boats with slides and premium lounges, but I am so incredibly glad we went with this instead.

Excellent Trip - Excellent trip from start to finish! Smooth transfers, plenty of space on the boat, fantastic scenery and excellent food. The trip is well organised and the crew really care about giving you a great experience. We particularly enjoyed Phi Phi Don, the restaurant they take you to is right by the beach and the food is lovely. When we walked round the Island we saw other trips being shepherded into buffet style overcrowded restaurants while we had a fantastic experience. Maya beach was busy but you can still get stunning photos. Great to see the monkeys and watch them catch and dive for bananas. Brilliant all round.

Perfect Tour! - I had previously been on a tour with Captain Mark’s team 14 years ago and was SO pleased when I found this company again. This time my Mum & I went on the tour and again it was absolutely incredible. The team looked after us extremely well and were so friendly. The sights we saw were breathtaking and we didn’t want it to end. We loved that it was a small group of people on the boat and felt so relaxed the whole day. The snorkelling had the best visibility and amount of fish at one time that I’ve ever seen! We plan to visit Phuket again in the summer and will definitely be booking another tour or two with Captain Mark and his wonderful team. We can’t recommend it enough!

An Unforgettable Return to Phi Phi with Phuket Sail Tours - Returning to Phi Phi after eight years was incredibly special for me, especially this time with my wife and kids. Outstanding day on trip to Phi Phi Islands - Exceptional service throughout. Pick up from hotel, on time and a very comfortable ride. Small breakfst provided before boarding the boat. As promised a small number on the boat. The itineray was followed and plenty of time was spent at each location. Cold drinks (water/coke) and some snacks provided throughout the trip. Food at lunchtime was outstanding, every time the plates started to look empty they were refilled - you certainly didn't go hungry. Snorkelling sites were varied and there was plenty to see. But what made the trip was our guide for the day, always willling to chat and make the day that much better. He even took my camera to a depth I couldn't reach to photograph a Clown Fish. A great day amongst a really friendly group

Amazing time - Had an amazing time! Picked up on time, and was on the tour and islands before everything got too busy. The snorkelling was brilliant. Lunch was beautiful. The locals operating the tour did an amazing job, big thank you to Ana, Tiger and the boat boy for such a good time.

You’re in for a bumpy ride! - Pick up from our Hotel was promp and we arrived at the port to the welcoming sight of fresh cheese toasties and juice. After being fitted with flippers we set off on the speedboat for the hours journey to the Phi Phi islands. The boat was a little past its best and the layout meant almost everyone sat under cover with very little view as the windows were too high up. This was a shame and we were disappointed not to be able to see much apart from through the open back of the boat. The seats are also too high, which meant your feet are dangling unless you sit forward. I am 1.65 m so not small. Plenty of ice cold drinks, fruit and ice creams were offered during the trip. The crew were excellent and very happy to help with getting on and off the boat, our guide was good fun. The ladder was not very wide and required a certain amount of strength to pull yourself up. Saying that we had a couple in their 70’s and they managed with help. The boat wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of space. The journey was bumpy! Really bumpy, you had to hold on tight, not for the faint hearted or very small children. Coming back was a little smoother but not much. The teenagers in our group loved it. Going early is a big plus and Maya bay although busy was beautiful, you can’t go in the water to protect the sea life. The ‘guards’ were very proactive in blowing their whistle if anyone tried to go beyond ankle deep. The snorkling stops were excellent and we saw a lot of beautiful fish and coral, the water was stunning, crystal clear. We also had a shady ( under the breath taking rock formations) swim which was so relaxing. Plenty of life jackets are available if required. There are a lot of other boats and some of the stops were very busy. Lunch on Don island was a highlight, the food was excellent and plenty of it. Don island is a bit more commercialised and had shops and a hotel. We really enjoyed our trip and the memories will last a lifetime time.
