Wycombe to Gatwick return - Wish I'd used this service before. First time experience and found it to be perfect. Bang on time both journeys, great value for money. Will be back

His calm and reassuring voice brought comfort during what had been a difficult day for me. His positive energy genuinely brightened my journey and made a meaningful difference. Wonderful Bus Driver - Right from the get go our bus driver (09:30 bus 11th June) was extremely chirpy. In fact, my eldest daughter remarked that the bus drivers in Spain are grumpy and bad tempered in comparison. The bus driver (whose name I did not get) worked very hard to make himself understood in English to a couple of Italians. So all praise to the bus driver. The journey was timely, the bus was clean. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Jake is the best driver - Our bus driver Jake was the most charming, cheery chap you ever could've met ! Brilliant, comfy, seamless commute to the airport. Grab yourself a seat and get to where you need to go !

Bring Back Direct Oxford–Gatwick Buses - Since Covid, the Oxford–Gatwick service has become very long and unreliable. All buses now stop at High Wycombe and Heathrow terminals, which makes the journey to Gatwick unnecessarily slow. Before, there used to be direct services from Oxford to Gatwick with no stops, which were much more convenient. It feels as if services to High Wycombe and Heathrow have been prioritised while Gatwick passengers are left with a difficult and time-consuming journey. Could the company consider re-introducing at least a few direct Oxford–Gatwick buses during the day? This would greatly improve the service for many travellers.

Left Stranded at Heathrow - Absolutely appalling service. We were standing exactly where we were supposed to be at the Heathrow Central Bus Station, well ahead of schedule, yet the driver for the service to Gatwick didn't even stop to board us. We were visible and waiting, but the service completely ignored the stand, leaving us stranded and forced to find alternative transport at the last minute. This is incredibly unprofessional and has caused a massive delay in our journey. Avoid this service if you actually need to get to Gatwick on time. Total lack of accountability.

Unprofessional and carelessness - The bus delayed for more than one hour and no one has given us any information. The live billboard went crazy from 10 mins-20 again 5 then 25 afterwards disappeared. The people at Thornhill park and ride panicked. As my flight was at 9 I’ve left home at 3 so becuse if unprofessional and carelessness of The Airline I missed my flight and as a result I have lost my job.

UNRELIABLE -- DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS - This bus company is an absolute mess. Terrible service and unreliable. Three consecutive buses didn't come for over an hour. The bus was slow despite it being a Sunday morning without traffic -- I do not want to imagine on a regular day with traffic. Arrived at the airport 1hr before my flight because buses were just delayed (or rather simply put CANCELLED) and the bus lingered on at Heathrow. Go with National Express, extremely reliable and on time.

Never again - Terrible service! The bus was delayed over 30 mins which is very stressful when you are catching an international flight. In the meantime I tried to call the company and despite trying several times and queuing up they never picked up my call. Dire and disrespectful customer service.
