Tizi n Tichka - After your break at Café Restaurant Tizi Ait Barka, your guide will highlight the day’s attractions. We then continue along the winding roads to the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass, which rises 2,260 meters above sea level. This iconic mountain pass offers incredible photo opportunities of the Atlas peaks and a chance to breathe in the refreshing mountain air.

Agouim - After enjoying the views at Tizi n’Tichka Pass, we’ll proceed for about 16 minutes to a traditional Argan Oil Cooperative in the Tichka region. Here, a local expert will demonstrate how authentic Moroccan argan oil is produced and explain its various uses in cooking, beauty, and skincare. This visit is more than just a stop—it’s an immersive cultural experience, providing insight into one of Morocco’s most celebrated natural treasures and plenty of opportunities to photograph the cooperative and the surrounding Atlas landscapes.

Ait Ben Haddou - Following your visit to the Argan Oil Cooperative, we’ll continue the journey for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach the legendary Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, allowing you time to relax and recharge. Afterwards, join a knowledgeable local guide for an engaging tour of the ancient Kasbah Aït Benhaddou, where you’ll discover its fascinating history, distinctive mud-brick architecture, and learn why it has been featured in famous films and TV series. After the tour, take a moment to return to the restaurant before continuing your adventure through Morocco’s stunning landscapes.

Ouarzazate - After our guided tour of Ait Ben Haddou, we’ll head to Ouarzazate, a city often called the “Gateway to the Sahara” and famously known as the Hollywood of Africa. Along the way, we’ll make a stop at Atlas Studios, the world’s largest film studio, where you can snap photos of this legendary movie location from the outside. From there, we’ll continue our scenic drive through the breathtaking Valley of Roses, surrounded by stunning landscapes and fragrant blooms.

Dades Gorges - If time allows, we’ll make a detour to admire the unusual rock formations nicknamed the “Monkey Toes” and the famous winding zig-zag road in the Dades Gorges before arriving at your hotel. If there isn’t enough time, don’t worry, we can visit these stunning spots the following morning instead.

BOUMALNE DADES → TODRA GORGES → ERFOUD → DUNES OF MERZOUGA

Todgha Gorge - Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, then set off around 7:40 AM for the spectacular Todra Gorge. This natural wonder is famous for its towering canyon walls and stunning landscapes. Take time to walk along the river, admire the dramatic rock formations, and capture memorable photos before continuing your journey toward the Sahara Desert region.

Tinghir - After marveling at the magnificent Todra Gorge, we take a brief 10-minute drive to the Panorama Palms Viewpoint. From here, you can soak in sweeping views of the lush palm groves stretching across the valley and capture stunning photos of this peaceful landscape. It’s the perfect spot to pause, relax, and appreciate Morocco’s natural beauty before heading further into the Sahara Desert region.

Todgha Gorge - After taking in the views at Panorama Palms Viewpoint, we continue with a short 20-minute drive to a convenience stop. Here, you can use restroom facilities and grab drinks or snacks to prepare for the journey ahead. This quick pause ensures you’re refreshed and ready to continue toward the Sahara Desert.

Erfoud - After lunch, we’ll take a short one-hour drive to a supermarket stop to prepare for your desert adventure. Here, you can pick up any last-minute essentials, such as water, snacks, or supplies, and use the restroom to freshen up before your camel trekking experience. This is the perfect final stop to get ready for an unforgettable journey into the Sahara Desert.

Merzouga - After the supermarket stop, we continue for about 20 minutes to reach the Merzouga Desert. Upon arrival, you can choose between a one-hour camel trek across the golden dunes or a 15-minute 4x4 transfer to your luxury desert camp. At the camp, enjoy an unforgettable evening in the Sahara: watch the sunset over the towering dunes, try your hand at sandboarding, and after a delicious dinner, experience traditional Berber music and dance under the starry desert sky. Alnif - After exploring Rissani, we continue your journey toward Alnif, where we’ll make a short stop. Agdz - After leaving Alnif, we continue toward Agdz, where you’ll have the option to pause for coffee, tea, or a light lunch, depending on the timing and your preference. This stop is a great chance to stretch your legs, relax, and enjoy the charming town before resuming your journey across Morocco’s breathtaking landscapes.

Ouarzazate - From Agdz, we make your way back toward the High Atlas Mountains. If you haven’t had lunch yet, we’ll stop here to enjoy a meal at a local restaurant, or take a brief break for coffee, tea, and restroom facilities. This pause offers a chance to stretch your legs and soak in the mountain scenery before continuing the scenic drive back to Marrakech.

Marrakech - After crossing the stunning High Atlas Mountains, we’ll return to Marrakech, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or riad.
