Amazing - The tour began with a scenic drive through the mountains, offering incredible views. Once we arrived in Marrakech , our guide walked us through the maze-like medina, sharing stories of the town’s Andalusian and Berber influences. Every corner was picture-perfect, and the relaxed pace of life made it easy to soak in the charm.

Highly recommend trip - Absolutely fabulous day. Our guide for the day was Youssef and he couldn't have been more accommodating, he was brilliant. We met up with Hossaine at ait ben haddou and felt very fortunate to have him as our guide for this part of the trip. He looked after us so well. My mum found the heat and little too much and couldn't carry on to the top however Hossaine found her the perfect spot to wait in the shade where she was able to sit chatting to a local man who paints beautiful pictures. Can not praise our guides enough for a fantastic day. We recommend spending that little bit more and doing the private tour. We had a great day and highly recommend this trip

One of the best road day trip city break! - Let’s start from the pick up, the driver came all the way to my riad to pick us up and then we went for a 4h road trip, we had a stop for 20minutes for some snacks and coffee and immediately after the landscape to go to Ait Ben Haddou was beautiful. The mountains, the little villages, the Moroccan valley. Once we reach Ait Ben Haddou we were welcomed by our Guide he brought us up to see the old village were few movies were recorded, after we went for an amazing lunch (I choose the pack with lunch included) we had soup , tagine and I have tried their pizza too. Later on we went to Ouarzazate were another guide was waiting for us, this was external the package and we paid only 3€ per person for 40 minutes introduction to the city. Further more we went back to Marrakech. What can I say. For the price and for what we had it was WORTH IT every penny. Thank you everyone to make my holidays feeling so special ❤️

Day trip to Ait Benhaddou - Had a great day trip here. It's a long day though but worth it. The drive through the Atlas is stunning - after a few hours you stop at a cafe for 15 mins for a rest break and then you carry on to Ait Benhaddou which is about another 1.5hrs travel time. Here you are greeted by a guide - 50MAD for a 1hr tour around the old town. Bring a good pair of shoes/trainers as it is uneven ground. You are then taken to a designated restaurant for a meal with the rest of your party. We had salad, meatball tagine and yoghurt and fruit for 140MAD per person - it was delicious. After Ait Benhaddou, we travelled the short distance to Ouarzazate - note, you get 20 mins or so here, so not a huge amount of time. Basically time to take a few pictures and have a rest break before the trip back. Summary - a great day but you really are just visiting Ait Benhaddou which was fine for us as this was what we wanted.

Everything as promised - Trip was organised well and everything went according to the plan. We had whatsapp contact with the company and the driver prior to departure, which I appreciated.

Ait ben haddou is beautiful but I suggest you avoid this experience. - Quite a tiring experience - the second part of it was completely unnecessary (Ouarzazate). The first part (ait ben haddou) was very interesting but beware the guide that you don’t have an option of choosing charges 4 euro per person. Our guide even scammed us of 200 MADs as we didn’t have euros and when charged by card he inputted a higher amount. Overall the guide’s performance was bad and he seemed completely unnecessary. The driving is abysmal and led to us having terrible nausea - cancelling our travel plans for the next day to Essaouria.

Rude tour guide and 40 minutes of waiting for pick up wasn't fun - The tour itself and the places we visited were all amazing, but our tour guide wasn't so pleasant. He was nice at first, but towards the end of the tour he somehow became very rude and didn't even thank us for the tip we gave him. Also our pickup had us waiting for over 40 minutes in the morning. Apparently there was a miscommunication between whomever we were contacting on this app, and the person in charge of picking us up.

The worst experience of my life!! - The worst experience of my life! Our experience was incredibly dangerous and unsettling, and I feel it’s important to share the details. On our way to Aid Benhaddou we were caught in a blizzard on top of a mountain, where the van got stuck twice, and we had to physically push it out of the snow. At no point did the driver consider turning back to the city, which would have been the safe option. This lack of decision-making put our lives at risk as we and other vehicles were sliding all over the road. The driver did not speak English, which added to the feeling of insecurity and confusion throughout the ordeal. While we somehow made it to the destination, the situation only worsened on the way back. The original route was closed due to more snowfall, and the driver demanded extra gas money from everyone to take an alternate route. This detour ended up taking over 7 hours. To make matters worse, the driver was speeding in hazardous conditions, and the van was in poor condition. We were all deeply worried for our safety. Frankly, I am amazed we made it back home in one piece. This excursion was not only a terrible experience, but it also put our lives in danger. I strongly urge your company to review your safety procedures, vehicle conditions, and driver training, as what we experienced was far from acceptable.
