An Amazing Hop on Hop off bus tour!! - My family experience on the bus tour was very informative. The member of staff and driver was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this bus tour of Ottawa city to all who are visiting

Great experience! - A Gray Line Hop-On Hop-off is a great way to see a city and discover things you are interested in doing that you might not have heard about otherwise. Tour guide had a good sense of humor and kept us all entertained.

A great introduction to the city. - The tour took about 90 minutes and our guide seemed to speak most of that time. He shared a lot of information about the city pointing out various buildings and landmarks through much of the route. He also shared useful information about the various museums and other places to visit.

Chilly but excellent - Great time excellent guides, bus was clean and drivers were smooth and safe. Would do it again! The weather was beautiful sunny but cold so it was quite chilly on top but that is the best view for sure.

How bout taped headsets? - Travel around Ottawa was wonderful. The leaf colors were fabulous. It was difficult to follow the tour guide’s communication switching from French to English tho his speech was nicely articulated.
I have been on bus tours out of London, and Barcelona. Both tours provided a recorded tour via a headset/tape player. Each player was in the language of choice. During the tour I was able to listen to English only and during the time (your guide was repeating English to French) I was able to listen to additional historical information due to added time in communication.
Just a suggestion. But my feedback is -I did enjoy both my previous tours with taped headset over the limited info provided on this tour and the distraction of switching language delivery.

Good overall tour but ... - Good driby overall tour of major sites but narrator was much too fast as he had to say it in both English and French.
