Fantastic!! - If I could give 10 stars, I would. It is a long but very worthwhile day. Our guide for the whale sharks was incredibly. He was focused on ensuring the safety of us and the marine life. He was also out photographer and ensured we got the best pictures and without others in the background. Early into the canyoneering part of the trip, I slipped and hurt my foot. From that point forward, I had not one, but two guides with me at all times helping me successfully finish this trip with my kids. Every time I thanked them for their help getting through a tricky area, they enthusiastically explained that it is what they are there for and how much they love what they do. In addition to having the best guides ever, you just couldn’t be in a more beautiful place. I wouldn’t think twice before recommending this tour - it was an amazing day and definitely a highlight of our trip!!

Our trip was amazing! To... - Our trip was amazing! To start off, our driver Makoy was excellent and punctual, and drove us everywhere quickly. Our guides at the diving and canyoneering were also awesome and helped everything run smoothly and successfully. We highly recommend this experience, as it made the trip for us!

Excellent Tour with Amazing Guides - We (2 adult and 1 kid) had an excellent experience on this tour! The guides were friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. We were part of a small group with people from all over the world, which made it even more fun and engaging. Breakfast and lunch were included, and the hotel pickup and drop-off made everything seamless. Communication through the app was clear and efficient. Totally worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Magnificent excursion - Make sure you wear good water shoes with thick sole. A lot of hiking through rocks and waterfalls. Amazing experience. Swimming with the whale Sharks was a life time experience. The tour crew was great.

He drove us around the whole island with ease and was very accommodating along the way! 10/10 recommend Glaiza, our tour guide for whale sharks and Tumalog falls, was very sweet and a pleasure to be around. She took photos of us throughout our time together making sure we were comfortable and having a good time. 10/10 recommend Papa Tony & Loyd, our guides for Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls, DYNAMIC DUO!! These two did not disappoint. They made sure to save the best for last leaving us with an experience we will never forget! Papa Tony is the MASTER at photos and videos taking over 350 photos of us during our time together. Loyd also helped us by using our underwater camera to capture shots alongside Papa Tony giving us the best of both worlds. Tony and Loyd are one of a kind guides and we highly recommend their service! 12/10 recommend!! Epic adventure and must do unique experience! - Oh wow! Packed day full of exploration and memories made. Yes, we started at 3am with a long 2 hr car ride to Oslob and check into Whale Shark experience. Since we were number 150’s we went for light breakfast and to Tumalog Waterfalls, which opened at 7am. We were one of the first to get into waterfalls so was able to enjoy before massive student tour groups came. Visually stunning waterfalls! It was freezing cold water though. There’s a small pool with fish that will eat your dead skin on foot. When it was our turn for Whale Shark experience we used our own snorkel mask and had such a fun time watching a guide feed shrimp as the massive whale sharks swam by us. Such a cool spectacle. No, you cannot touch or get too close but we were close enough to soak in their beauty! Time goes by fast and you only have 30-45 mins to view whale sharks so get your cameras ready! After this, we bought a refreshing mango graham cracker smoothie and had a nice lunch. Teah was our guide for the morning half and she was wonderful! The second half was another 2 hour drive away to canyoneering in Badian that ends at Kawasan Falls. Jemrex and Berto were our awesome guides who took us through an epic adventure safely! Starting with zip line to maneuvering through the rocks and river that was blue cool waters. Sliding, jumping, swinging, swimming and floating adventure paradise! Jemrex carefully used my phone and captured incredible video footage and photos the entire time. We are glad we chose private tour bc we were able to navigate in front of large groups much faster. My brother and I had a blast and the long road trip was well worth the memories and experience. Huge thanks to our guides and driver for an epic adventure!

The guides were all... - The guides were all amazing friendly and helpful. It’s a long trip and started really early so that you have the best chance of seeing everything. Just make sure you are in moderately decent shape for the canyoneering and make sure to bring cash with you for stops through the canyon for food and drinks. Highly recommend the tour group they were fantastic

Beyond FIVE STARS! Here is the breakdown… - I have been around the block in many tourist destinations but this one tops them all. Let’s start with the attention from every single guide, driver, and crew. So kind and attentive. That alone is beyond a five star review. Long tour and long day! But all worth it. We left the hotel at 3 AM and got back almost at 9 pm. Never a dull moment. Recommend bringing food for the afternoon portion. Snacks, water, etc. Whale Shark tour - (about 4 hour drive from Mactan) long wait (somebody mentioned that 2 am pickup would have been better) but that gave us time to have breakfast and buy souvenirs and take some pics. People watching will keep you entertained until your number is called. Roughly 30 minutes in the water, I brought my fins and mask as a free diver and jump off the boat and did my own thing which is allowed. Wish I knew about the freedom so I could plan better pics. You will see them and they will even bump you out of the way if not paying attention. Gentle impressive giants and a 10/10 experience. Tumalog Waterfall - fantastic sight! An hour here is more than enough and very close to the whale shark tour area. Bring a waterproof camera for those magic shots. Your guide will take care of your cell and take plenty of pics of you. Kawasan Falls - another 10/10. Highly recommend the ZIP LINE shortcut to get there. Is the best $18 you will spend. Long trek through amazing canyons with fast moving refreshing water. Although it was like 4 hour hike, it was so engaging that you don’t realize it. The guides are fantastic. They take so many pics of you that you don’t have to worry too much about creating those memories. Absolutely beautiful place. Summary - this tour didn’t only provided us with stunning experiences and beautiful scenarios but it also allowed us to have that cultural immersion in the process. From people around you to the guides and driver…amazing! Super safe, no worries about watching your back, and the driver kept our personal belongings safeguarded. Tip them! Try this!! - This is an all day activity LITERALLY be prepared. To start your day you will endure a 2hr drive from the Cebu City starting at 3am. You will have your own private transportation and the crank up the a/c, had to use my towel to cover up on the way back to stay warm. USE THE TOWEL THEY PROVIDE! Keep yours to cover up. The Whale shark experience was beautiful! BUT theres a huge downside to it, theres ALOT of ppl. Not everyone is considerate of each other much less considerate of marine life. Watching the whale sharks is great but the ppl around you wont sit still and take in the experience. There is alot of screaming and treading water dramatically so alot of splashing its annoying. Stick to one side away from everyone and enjoy these majestic creatures. Tumalog falls very quick but beautiful to see. Again very populated by tourists so snap a few pictures but dont skip dipping your feet in a little pool with fish that will eat the dead skin cells from your feet…its a whole experience within itself. Canyoneering at Kawasan Falls! 3-4 hrs will definitely include a workout. You will be exhausted after this if you are normally not active. Cliff jumping, sliding down rocks, and swimming. Alot of walking up and down stairs and slippery rocks. Our tour guides for canyoneering were Shyra and Lloyd. They handled both our Phone and Insta360…they took AMAZING pictures and videos 10/10 LET THEM HANDLE YOUR ELECTRONICS FOR PICTURES/VIDEOS THEY TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEM THAN YOU, GUARANTEE they will NOT lose or drop it. We were well taken care of and enjoyed every minute of this excursion. 100% Recommend.

Don't book with this operator - Originally had a group tour booked. I messaged them to confirm everything was good for the following day. They said they didnt have enough for a group so said I would be required to pay another 150$ to do a private tour. I agreed. Tour told me its busy season son they move the pick up time from 3:30 am to 3am. They never showed up. We planned out whole trip around this tour and it was completely ruined. Find a reputable tour operator if you want to see the whalesharks and falls.
