- If you selected the shared tour option, pick-up time is between 2:00AM-2:30AM at the lobby of your hotel
- For shared tour option, hotel pick-up and drop-off is only available within Cebu city, Mactan and Lapu-lapu area
- For private tour option, hotel pickup and drop-off is available within Cebu City, Mactan Island, Lapu-lapu, Moalboal and Oslob area

- Tumalog Falls Tour Experience is available for add-on option
- Please bring extra swimming clothes, towels and toiletries. There is a changing room when you arrive in Oslob and you can take a shower after your tour in Badian
- Breakfast is available upon arrival in Oslob. Guests may purchase their own meal at a local restaurant around ₱200–₱250 per person.
- Go pro rental in Oslob are available for ₱600-₱800. You can bring your own SD card and pay the driver the fee on site
- Zipline is available add on for the canyoneering tour. The additional surcharge for the zipline is ₱600 per person
- Minimum age to join the canyoneering activity is 4 years old and above
- Canyoneering is a very extreme sport that includes jumping off cliffs and trekking downstream: all participants of this activity are expected to be in good health before joining the activity. However, jumping on each cliffs are ALL optional
- Kawasan Canyoneering is CLOSED every 3rd Wednesday of the month due to government clean-up
