Excellent tour. - Definitely worth it. Some good history and a nice walk through neighborhoods learning about buildings, fairy tales, modern life and even the royals. The food was delicious and a great way to pull it all together. I would definitely recommend this tour.

“Pace yourself” - it REALLY is a food tour - Saw the pictures of the waffles and decided to book the tour. Arrived early at the meeting spot to see the tour guide was there. They made introductions and we were quick to set off. The food was all local with a story behind the origin of each spot. They also gave us some of the history behind Oslo as we moved between spots. It was easy to make conversation with the guides themselves. Every place I’d recommend to family and friends to eat. They wouldn’t be something I’d pick out for myself and my partner to go for lunch or dinner. We definitely feel like we’ve got our moneys worth.

My food walking tour was... - My food walking tour was really great! My tour guide Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the local foods I tried were delicious and decent sized portions. I was happy that as a solo traveler and the only one on the tour, they didn't cancel it on me. I highly recommend this tour.

Lovely Sunday Afternoon, eating & drinking our way around the city - Lisa was a perfect host, who gave some really good insights to the history of both Norway & Oslo. This was alongside the wonderful food chooses we sampled on the way. Was a great way to spend a few hours in a Sunday afternoon & would highly recommend.

Fun and worthwhile tour with delicious food. Thanks, Casper! - Booking the tour was easy and the directions to the start were accurate. My wife and I were the only customers on the tour and our guide was Casper. He is really friendly and knowledgeable. It was like being shown around Oslo by a new friend. He gave us some history about Oslo and the couple of tourist sites and neighbourhoods that we stopped at but not intense/dry historical facts. He kept it light and interesting. (I really like history but this isn't advertised as a purely historical tour so the balance was good.) The food at each stop was very well chosen for variety and quality. We really enjoyed it all. When you spend a few hours with somebody, especially in a very small group, it's really important that that person has good people skills and makes you relaxed and makes the experience enjoyable. Casper is a great guide, he really made the experience fun. Compared to some tours in other European countries we have visited it seems quite expensive but considering the quality of the food, and the high cost of stuff in Oslo in general, we found this tour 100% worth the money. Casper didn't make us feel rushed at all. Thanks, Casper! We would recommend this to visitors to Oslo.

A must do to start your trip! - Lisa was a fabulous guide. She had some great tips beyond where we visited. I cannot recommend it enough to go on a food tour shortly after you arrive. The food was super delicious!

Overpriced - This tour is overpriced for what you get. I would advise taking a walking history tour instead and visiting afew popular restaurants separately. Also, the tour felt rushed.

Badly let down by trip and out of pocket. - I paid £100 for this trip and was told that it starts at 2pm. I got there at 1 minute past 2 and they had already left. I asked for a refund from the local agency and from TripAdvisor but was refused.
