Well worth doing. - The tour involves a fair amount of walking but is a wonderful way to see Oslo more like a resident than a tourist. Our tour guide Idunn was very informative and fun to spend an afternoon with.

Learn about Oslo, its people, and food! - This was a great tour to get off the beaten path in Oslo and to experience some local food. Idun, our guide, was engaging and eagerly answered our questions. The small group allowed a pace that was relaxed and not pressured. The walk was a bit hilly at times, with steep streets, gravel paths and cobblestones, so physical ability and comfortable walking shoes are a must. And the food was amazing! It was sufficient enough for us to consider it lunch. Highly recommend if you like to get to know the locals and their food.

See a different side of Oslo and enjoy some delicious food - This amazing small group food tour was more than a food experience. We toured some historic and hip neighborhoods and learned about the various areas we walked through. All of the selections for food were thoughtful and delicious. We walked from the center of town to Grünerløkka, with some really interesting stops along the way. I thought this was the perfect mix of food and great information from a very knowledgeable guide, Annie. If you don't want to walk very much, this is not the tour for you. You will walk for about 1 hour.

A great foodie and learning experience in Oslo! - This tour was chosen as it appealed to me by combining the ‘foodie’ element and learning about the Hidden Gems in Oslo. Annie was our guide and shared so much information with our small group. We did a lot of walking but saw some interesting locations, which a regular traveller may not see. Our food stops highlighted Norwegian food for sure. The fish soup was great and hearing the back story enhanced the experience. The tasting plate was delicious and eating cheese from the Royal Farm was special. Our waffle ‘street food’ was delicious and it was a great conclusion to the tour. Thanks Annie for a great experience yesterday! Highly recommend going on this tour when in Oslo.

Fabulous food and guide! - Idunn was a wonderful guide! He knowledge of history and her art background allowed to understand more of our surroundings as we walked from place to place. She answered all of our questions and accommodated one fellow traveler who could not eat fish. She did not rush us as we went over our allotted time. I would absolutely recommend a tour with her.
