Experience the breathtaking islands of the Oslofjord by hopping on and off ferries to explore the forests, cliffs, charming villages, and historic sites of 2-3 islands (depending on the season). Accompanied by a local guide, discover the ruins of a 900-year-old abbey, enjoy a picnic on a cozy beach (from October to March, a brief stop with hot drinks will be provided), and wander through a village adorned with colorful wooden cabins and flower-lined paths. The picturesque views of Oslo and its surrounding hills offer a stunning backdrop, with numerous photo opportunities at every corner. Remember to bring a swimsuit during the summer months to enjoy a swim in the surprisingly warm waters of the Oslofjord! Time for a picnic is included, and participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch. Good walking shoes or trail shoes are recommended, as the hiking takes place on dirt paths, gravel, and stones.
