awesome! - Matt was so friendly and fun and a great tour guide. My daughter and I enjoyed each restaurant and walking around the city and learning about the culture!

Cozy Food & Atmosphere - Even thought this was in a super busy area, the route picked by Melissa avoided the crowds and allowed us to get to know the little alleys and hidden gems in busy Dotonbori. As someone who’s been to Osaka many times before, this tour changed my perspective on a lot of things about the city and the touristy areas. Im grateful for Melissa for guiding us with so much passion and joy. It was memorable! Thank you!

Fun and Fantastic - It was fantastic. First time in japan and honestly, the food we ate I really liked. Diante was very friendly and taught me somethings I didnt know about Japan. The small guided tour and expliation of the running man was a nice touch. I felt like it was great experince, and I would do it again.

A great glimpse into the Osaka food scene - We heard that Osaka was the food capital of Japan, and it did not disappoint on the tour led by our guide Asli. She led us through the area around the Dotonbori to four different restaurants that offered different styles of food for which Osaka is known. Asli also showed us the famed view of the neon signs, including the Gilco Running Man, from the Ebisu Bridge. While walking through the Chuo Ward, she explained the different types of restaurant signs and how to decode what they mean. This was a great and easy way to dive into Osaka on our first day.

Great evening - Great evening with Natsumi sampling typical Osakan food. She was really knowledgeable and picked super places to eat. She spoke excellent English and we enjoyed our conversations with her over the evening. We had a great time. Thank you

Amazing experience - feels like a night out with a friend! - My husband and I had the best food tour with our guide Ron. He took us to so many places we would’ve never gone to on our own, and all the food was delicious. Having a guided experience made Dotonbori less overwhelming and ensured we got good food and not touristy stuff. Also, it felt more like hanging with a local friend on a night out vs a tour. Ron was so easy to chat with, answered all of our questions, and gave us so much insight into Japanese culture. We can’t say enough good things about him and are recommending his tour to all of our friends.

Street food in Osaka - Tonight we had a street food tour of Dotonbori. This is the classic neon light, street food and entertainment area.
Our guide Sebastian an English speaking fun, warm, and informative guide who introduced us to friendly and foodie spots off the beaten track while helping us understand Osaka through it’s history. . We started out with the octopus balls, better than you could imagine with different sauces followed by breadcrumb everything-pork, shishitos, shiitake, beef, cheese, ginger, then onto stay a while bar where you drink & eat. We had a little of all the rest of Osaka’s specialties , special delicious noodles, dumplings, sliced pork in an omelette, plus tuna rolls, edamame and sake runneth over. Of course we finished with desert a fruit rice ball. Excellent food intro to Osaka. Thank you
