In which case you will need a Japanese translation of your license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF/Online Application for Japanese Translation) and your own driving license. Failure to bring all required documents will result in cancellation of the tour without the possibility of a refund.
- Please arrive 15 MIN BEFORE the booking time, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the reserved time but please plan your journey ahead of time.ALCOHOL consumption before the tour is prohibited, so please be responsible.PLEASE DO NOT WEAR the long skirts, high heel shoes or sandals.

- Our cancellation policy is below;
- Cancel up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time the paid amount will not be refunded.
- If your tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will be eligible for a full refund. Or you have the opportunity to reschedule depending on availability.
- Due to the nature of operating mechanical parts, when we reach the maximum capacity of booking we may need to amend or adjust bookings depending on kart availability.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the correct/valid documents for driving in Japan, failure to do so will result in denial of participation without the possibility of a refund. If you are not sure, please reach out to us directly and we can help to check if you have valid documents.

The store's location is a few blocks away from Namba. The closest stations are Ashiharabashi station and JR Namba station which is about a 9 to 10-minute walk to our store. Please use Google Maps to locate our shop as this is more accurate than other map applications.

Excellence drive around Osaka - I had an exciting time, and it was an amazing experience! After choosing the outfit/cosplay which u wish to wear (there a a lot of them to choose from) and a quick safety briefing, we made our way to our kart. From there it's 90 mins around the streets of Osaka. The route chosen was excellence blending popular spots and landmarks around Osaka. There are also stretches esp near Osaka castle where there was less traffic are where you get the chance to test the speed of your kart. Highly recommend!

So much fun! - We had a great time doing the Osaka tour. Staff was very accommodating. Tour lap hit all the highlights of the city. Had multiple photo ops that were very well organized; 100 stars! ⭐️

Evening ride through Osaka - Great experience, staff members were really helpful and easy to deal with, communication wasn’t a problem when needing to change times. Go karts were spacious especially for wider fits and leg room. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend

The most exciting experience on the streets of Osaka - Our tour was so fantastic I told all my family and friends immediately. Will be a highlight of our amazing trip to this incredible country. Driving here wasn’t daunting at all with our experienced tour guide there to lead us. Best staff and tour hands down. Loved it so much! Thank you for the experience!

Fun on carts - Awesome team. Awesome experience. 10/10. The staff was friendly and super nice. The karts were well taken care of and thrilling. I went at night. Less cars to get in your way and you get to see the city lit up.

So fun to drive around... - So fun to drive around Osaka in a kart with a costume! The staff was great ensuring we were safe but still had a great time. Would definitely recommend Japankart!

Rude and condescending anglo staff - I would expect this in the US, but not in Japan. The driver of the lead car was an Australian boy of about 19 years who spoke condescendingly and rudely. I feel like he must be new to the job and an inexperienced driver. The karts are very slow to accelerate and their maximum speed seems to be about 40 kph. This young boy would accelerate from stops at a rate the karts cannot match, and would often exceed the maximum speed of the karts and pull far ahead. At one point he criticized us for not following closely enough, and when I informed him that we were driving at top speed, he asked if I was pushing the pedal all the way down. I have been driving for longer than this child has been alive, and to receive a comment like this was very insulting. I hope that when he matures a bit he can learn to show basic respect and patience. His driving skills are in need of quite some improvement, as well. Strangely, the driver's father was riding along with him through the whole trip. When I said hello to him, he just looked at me coldly, so I think I understand why this young boy behaves the way he does.

Deceptive and inconsiderate - BEWARE!
Rude Host - no communication!
We had to find out last minute that you needed all three of the following:
- international driving certificate
- driver's license
- passport
They will gladly take your money and not say a thing until you show up hoping to go on the tour - it was almost like they couldn't wait to send us away and did nothing to help. We took a taxi to get here which was relatively expensive, had they even once reached out for the 24-hour deadline like many other operators.. they Suck!
