The driver will greet passengers at Kansai International Airport (KIX) South Exit, holding a welcome sign after they pass through customs and collect their luggage.

The complimentary waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes. For hotel pick-ups, the free waiting time is 30 minutes, as is the waiting time for scheduled pick-ups.

If arrivals are delayed beyond the free waiting period, additional charges may apply. If the driver has other commitments, they may need to leave.

Pick-ups between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM will incur a 2,000 JPY fee, payable in cash to the driver.

Vehicles can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage (Toyota Alphard), or 9 passengers and 10 pieces of 28-inch luggage (Toyota Hiace). Please confirm luggage requirements in advance.
