Anniversary Trip - We had a great time at Toroverde. The staff were amazing and the views were stunning. We felt safe all the time and the staff were well prepared to assist us if we needed it. They also were always making sure we felt comfortable.

A day filled with laughter, good music, and great vibes - First time doing the zipline tour and it was such a great experience! We booked the 2pm tour on May 16th and the tour guides Eddy and Angel were a pleasure to have as our guide. Their dynamic was better than what I expected they were very attentive, informative, and overall just a good time. I would 100% book again with them and recommend them. I can’t wait to visit the island again and book another tour with the toro verde crew!! Thank you for the experience and being able to cross yet another thing off my bucket list !! Eddy thanks for the laughs with your pranks (bolita) 😂 it was well worth the experience and her and Angel definitely made us feel so welcomed and comfortable!!

Fun Birthday Trip - Loveddd our tour guy Seba!! Me & my friend felt very much comfortable we was leading the way with Seba dog (Charlita) it was a fun little hike and exploring with nature I will definitely give it a 10/10 Thank you again Seba can’t wait to come back Love all the way from New York City 🫶🏽

Look no further… - What an awesome experience and the best staff! The cafe and restaurant were both great for a snack before and a meal after. Children 10, 13 & 16 had a blast and no complaints.

Great! - It was awesome. I just didn’t get my photo that I purchased that cost me $30 dollars. But it’s a great experience. I would recommend it for a group.

Breathtaking Views and a Major Win for the Family! - We visited as a family of four, and it was easily the highlight of our trip. The course takes you through some stunning sections of dense forest and right over the rivers—the perspective from up there is something you just can't get on the ground. A huge shoutout to the guide for the great experience. Myy wife, who was zip lining for the first time went from being a bit nervous at the start to absolutely loving it by the second line. Highlights: The Scenery: Sweeping views of the river and canopy. Safety: We felt completely secure the entire time. Family Friendly: Great for a group of four; we had plenty of time to cheer each other on.

Ziplining - The experience was amazing!!! Definitely recommended to do with friends or family. My kids 14yrs and 10yrs old enjoyed every minute. Dont forget to take your phones with you to record 😉 The climbing in between ziplines gets intense I wished they had water but other than that it was amazing!!!

Disappointed - ’m extremely disappointed with my experience as a tourist. I had heard from multiple locals that this was an amazing place to go ziplining, so I was really looking forward to it. We arrived in Puerto Rico on Sunday, and on Monday I even called to ask how to schedule a tour. I was told it was too late for a couples tour that day, but I could book individual tours. Since we were tired from traveling, we decided to wait and go the next day instead. The next morning, we made the effort to get there early. The location was about an hour and 15 minutes away, so we paid $70 for an Uber to get there. When we arrived, we went to the gift shop and were told they were closed. The staff member said they don’t open until Thursday and that they are closed Sunday through Wednesday (except for cruise ship bookings on certain days). This made absolutely no sense, especially since I had just spoken to someone on Monday who gave no indication that they would be closed. To make things even more confusing, our Uber driver told us he had been there just a couple of weeks ago on a Tuesday, which directly contradicts the schedule we were given. The timeline they provided simply does not add up. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, and this was supposed to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, we were left frustrated and confused. To make matters worse, we had to pay another $70 Uber just to get back, totaling $140 spent for absolutely nothing. Online maps consistently show this place as open, which is completely misleading. Staff even confirmed their schedule is limited and not accurately reflected online. This experience was very disappointing. If you’re a tourist planning to visit, be aware that the hours listed online may not be accurate. The business really needs to update their information to avoid situations like this.
