It was amazing the staff... - It was amazing the staff where very helpful and attentive. Line was long but it was very quick. The most beautiful part is going up the mountain to the attraction

Outstanding expert - Superb Service - This was my 2nd time to Toro Verde and it was as exciting, pleasant and memorable as the 1st. The vistas are breathtaking, as is the layout of the site and the customer focused staff are to be LOUDLY commended. A special, 11 out of 10 thumbs up 👍 to Timothy at the checkin desk. After realizing my reservation through Viator (*) was messed up, Timothy and his equally outstanding supervisor helped minimize the cost & hassle of ensuring we got the tour option we wanted.
(*) Viator was less than worthless with trying to sort things out. If you want to book Toro Verde, do so directly at their website: ToriVerdepr.com

The Beast zip line! - The roads to get there rough in Hyundai Elantra so just rent a nicer car lol! The place was beautiful and the staff are great!

A must do experience!! - It was amazing. It was the best part of my visit along with the food at the beach!! If you dont zip line here you did not vacation!!

Not pleasant experience - I cancelled a day before the experience because I could no longer make the trip and they told me it wasn’t 24 hours in advance and said I would not be refunded!!! That’s so inconsiderate and also a scam!!! Why make someone pay for an experience they never got to make!!! Do not recommend if you would expect any type of reimbursement if something goes wrong l!!

I am writing to file a... - I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the ticket I purchased for my child.
This ticket is completely misleading and, in my view, a scam. With this ticket, my child was unable to play or use any of the attractions. When I arrived at the park, there was no reception desk, no clear instructions, and no information explaining the limitations of this ticket.
I asked several staff members for assistance and was informed that children could not use this ticket at all. This information was never clearly stated at the time of purchase. As a result, I was forced to spend additional money to buy another ticket so that my child could participate in the activities.
This experience caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary extra expense. I find this situation unacceptable and misleading.
