- Volcano Of Santorini - The boat departs daily from the old port of Fira at 11:00 AM. After a brief 10-minute journey, the boat arrives at the port of Erinia, a small bay of the active volcano. The ship will stay there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing you to follow a short path to the top where the active craters are located. Here, you can take photos, observe the smoking rocks, and experience the strong smell of brimstone.
- Hot Springs - After returning to the ship, we set off for the island of Palaia Kameni, home to the hot springs and famous natural mud baths formed by volcanic eruptions. In the small bay of St. Nickolas, the water temperature ranges from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius as it mixes with normal seawater. The ship stays here for about 30 minutes, giving you the chance to swim. Since there is no beach, you will need to climb down the boat’s stairs and swim about 30 meters to reach the interior of the small bay of the Hot Springs. After swimming in the thermal waters, the boat returns to the same port at 2:00 PM.

Very nice experience! - Very helpful crew, wooden sailboat style boat, very friendly guide who did the explanations in Greek, English but also in French. The scenery was beautiful.
No problem swimming the 50m to the hot springs, thanks to the fries. We were a little afraid of the water temperature of these 50m but it was quite bearable.
Thank you so much!

3hr leisurely boat trip - Nice 3hr trip on a lovely old fashioned type of vessel. The guide on the trip was very knowledgeable about the volcano and guided us up to the top. There was also a stop for us to try the hot springs and the crew were very mindful of who should swim in the sea.

Unmissable visit of Santorini - We really liked it. Even if the weather wasn't great for a swim, it was for the excursion on the volcano.
Our guide spoke very good French and was really good advice.
Walking to the crater is easy

Brilliant experience - I’d really recommend this trip if you’ve only got a few hours to spare. You get to visit the hot springs for swimming, and then visit the volcano to view the active crater - both are amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and fluent in many languages.

All of Santorini is a left over from volcano - 1 a little confusing getting to ticket stand. Use the link for directions they give for exact coordinates The booth is labeled Dakoutros Bros. J.V next to white cube benches
2. Tix Booth is in front of the boat where it embarks.
3. We went to the warmer area of the bay and had to swim close to shore to experience the warmer sea water. Some people jumped from the
boat while others used the ladder. Rhey had pool nje
4z the hike above the sleeping volcano was difficult but manageable in the alloyed. Views were lovely.
Overall I recommend, it’s a new experience and fun

Very nice tour, just wish bathrooms were stocked up - All in all, we had a great tour. Our tour guide Soso was wonderful as we hiked up the volcano with him listening to the knowledge he had to share with us about how Volcano and Santorini was formed. He hiked up with us all the way to the top and the view from the top was simply beautiful, although I must admit that we found the hike a bit straineos given the fact we are in 50's (although completely fit). The stop at the hot springs was also sufficient for people who wanted to take a dip and swim up to the hot springs. The only reason I give this tour a 4 star is because the stop at the volcano was 1.5 hours. If you hike up without making a stop with the guide, you can get up there in 25 to 30 minutes, take photo and hike down in that time frame. When you passionately listen to guide, making stop and then going all the way up, you hardly have time left to stand there and take photos. We were really rushed to hike down to make sure the boat does not leave without us. The guide does not hike down with you, he is supposed to go back down right away since he is responsible for checking the people back into the boat. So we felt like we were running out of breath to hike back down (which was also straineus since you have to avoid slippery rocks and such). If you go up with the guide, takes you about 45 to 50 minutes to go to the top. The stop should have been 2 hours at the volcano instead of 1.5 hours. Anyway, we did best of what we had. Also, the bathrooms in the boat were dirty and I was hugely disappointed that neither one of the two bathrooms had no hand soap nor paper towel. After each 3 hour trip, the ground staff should make sure to refill the hand soap as well as paper towel before the boat takes off again. Even on one bathroom flush button was broken and it was hard to figure out where the flush button is but I managed to find it. This is another reason it leads me to give it a 4 star. But all in all, it was worth the tour. thank you, Viator.

Volcano and Hot Spring Swimmingl - It’s a quick ride from Fira to Volcano. Was smooth but really no accommodations for rain which it did tarps poured water to middle where seats and tables were.
Snack bar only takes cash.
Passengers were discouraged from swimming in hot springs saying water was cold where swimmers went in and they would be wet and cold after leaving water. We did and found it not a bad experience at all.
