Long wait at airport, other than that, the service was good.

Instructions at airport not clear and 15 min waiting

Having to wait three hours for the shuttle, and having to leave for my outbound flight before 3 pm was and is not acceptable considering the 70 dollar each way charge , your availability is limited , considering i found a service that was less each way after the fact and offered more customer friendly options regarding availability. your drivers were very nice and friendly so they can't be blamed for your lack of scheduling. but i will look elsewhere in the future, considering the excuse i got for no noon openings at that time when it was clear that there was room on the shuttle and i got there at pick up point at 7 minutes after twelve and you couldn't have waited , preventing me from sitting for three hours after a long exhausting flight . while i sat and waited i watched the other shuttle company come and go 3 times, i guess i should have paid more money as i could have. but seeing i was already out 70 bucks to your company i sat. never again will that happen.

The shuttle was late and the air conditioning leaked water the whole trip as it was raining. Hopefully that has been repaired.

Flexible when my flight was delayed.

My reservation was for the 7:00pm shuttle MCO to Ocala. Confirmatory email said to be there 15 min prior. I was. By 7:10, no shuttle, so I called. "Which side are you on?" I said B. "Well, it should leave one of those sides around 7:00. It can take 15 minutes. Shuttle arrived 7:11—but not because it left A-side on time. We THEN went to A-side and waited until 7:37 to begin our trip to Ocala. No idea why. If a passenger with a reservation had a delayed arrival, and the shuttle felt obliged to wait, I suppose I'm touched, and would certainly appreciate that if I were the delayed passenger. BUT THE DRIVER SHOULD KEEP THE ON-TIME PASSENGERS INFORMED/APPRISED. THIS is my complaint/suggestion: If you're choosing to depart ~40 minutes behind schedule, at least SAY SO, rather than have a van-full of passengers wondering why we're sitting around. Even the worst airlines do that. I support Shuttleliner and believe they have their heart in the right place. But they seem to have a lot to learn about customer service, on the phone and by the driver.
