Procedure for picking up passengers at Orlando International Airport (MCO):

Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, passengers will receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher as soon as the plane lands. The designated pick-up area is on level 1 in the ground transportation commercial area, where the assigned driver will be waiting. Passengers have a 45-minute grace period from the time the flight lands to avoid any additional charges.

Procedure for picking up passengers at hotels or resorts:

Once the driver or dispatcher arrives at the pickup location, passengers will receive a call or text. There is a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time to avoid any additional charges.

This service provides one-way transportation for a maximum of 14 patrons. The rate includes pick-up from all Theme Park Resort hotels and hotels near Orlando International Airport (MCO), within a 4-mile radius.

The service is individual and will never be mixed with other clients.

The transport vehicles can be either SUV’s or Vans. The images displayed are only representative and the actual vehicle (brand, model, color, etc.) may differ.

The price covers all taxes, tolls, and fees. With commercial insurance and over two decades of experience.

The driver’s tip is the only expense not included.
