Titanic Gala Dinner - The actors and the enactment of the event was great. Interesting evening with good food and a story that follows the real timeline of what happened.

Everything I had hoped for - The event was everything that I had hoped for. I would say that I would’ve enjoyed spending more time in the museum itself, but will probably take a guided tour which is 90 minutes on a separate occasion. Fantastic evening and very moving!

Good family event; despite being there on time, a lot of time waiting. - The only benefit of purchasing an admission to the Titanic Exhibition in addition to the Titanic Gala Dning Experience is that you see the artifacts at your leisure a few hours before the Titanic Gala Dining Experience. You see, most if not all the same exhibition items during the Titanic Gala Dining Experience. The Titanic Gala Experience is advertised as lasting 3 hrs. They claim that they can accomadate 90 people. What they don't tell you is that tgey separate the 90 people into 2 groups and that you could be potentially waiting 45 min to 1 hr of the 3 hrs waiting depending on what group you are in. In my opinion, less wait would be better even if it meant scheduling 2 smaller groups at different times. The food was nothing to get excited about. The cast of characters was very good, very informative. At nearly $100.00 per person + souvenir pictures or gifts you might purchase in the gift shop, the $$$ add up in a hurry.

Disorganised and disappointing meal - Very disorganised. Far too much waiting around (about one and a half hours) with no seating. Soup was already standing on the table once we were eventually seated. Only water at the table and bar service was abysmal. The actors made a good effort and the final scenes were well orchestrated and emotional. A good concept but meal and organisation need to improve massively.

Skip the dinner "show" - just tour the museum. - My friend and I went Saturday evening, August 16th. It didn't seem well organized, the groups were not told what to expect and there was a lot of confusion throughout. We were in the 2nd group and first had to endure a long tour on our feet with very few places to sit which filled up fast. No guide was present to inform us what was happening with long periods of waiting in between moving to the actual dinner. A lot of picture taking which they wanted you to purchase the photos for souvenirs. The meal and service were absolutely horrendous. Only water was served and no refills until midway through service with lukewarm tap water. When I said to the server I was conserving my water because no one was around to fill the glasses she rudely said, "we're kinda busy here." The advertisement stated complimentary tea and coffee. None to be seen. The tomato soup was cold and disgusting. No one at our table ate it. Salad was okay. Everyone got one small tiny roll. The food was cold and gross. Overcooked cold chicken with cold sauce and steak was like leather. We were at table 9 and although you had to preorder at time of booking your selection, they ran out of food and men that ordered steak had to sub out for chicken or fish. Dessert was a weird banana mouse that was warm and melty with soft graham crackers. Not pleasant. Again, no coffee. The show was mismanaged and ran late. Ah the dangers of a cash bar are people that consume too much as did a few ladies in our group that were not respectful, yet they were not removed. It ruined the solemn vibe. Artifacts are good and interesting. Skip the food and just tour the museum. You'll thank me later. It was an overpriced experience and the value just wasn't there.

Great atmosphere, awful dinner - Good acting/atmosphere, awful dinner. The food was so cheap, soup wasn't served hot, no refills on water until after they finished serving the second course. The dessert was basically just dressed up cool whip. Anything to drink other than water and the champagne toast was extra and you had to wait in a line to buy it from a cart, so basically no table service. When they came to refill water, it was, I guess, straight from the tap because it was a bit warmer than room temperature And extremely unpleasant. The main course was just okay, at least it was warm. The experience was way overpriced for the value. The only redeeming part of the night was the actors, but they can't carry the awful dinner experience. If I was rating the eating experience, it would get zero stars, if that was possible. Go to the museum, skip the dinner !

Horrendous Food and Service - This review is for the Titanic Dinner gala. The actors were very knowledgeable and the tour was OK. The dinner was absolutely horrendous! Nobody liked it. For soup, they opened up a can of Campbell's soup concentrate and left it as a concentrate, scooped a cold heap-full into a bowl and threw it on a table. The steak was so tough, tiny and cold. The dessert was gross. It consisted of stale graham crackers on top of a scoop of chocolate pudding, drizzled with banana flavored sauce, and some chocolate chips that were old. Highly recommend a new chef. The acoustics in the dinner room were very, very bad and individuals sitting at the back tables could not hear anything over the loud hum of a motor that they had running through the speaker system.
