Fresh chocolate is the best! - This is a fun adventure for a day when you don't want to fight crowds at theme parks. It's a bit quirky and corny, but informational and great for kids to learn about how chocolate is made. (It's great for adults, too, but the comments by the cynical ones on this site say you could learn all this on Wikipedia. True. But you will remember the silly dragon and shooting marshmallows, and no Wiki gives you that.) The price reflects both a specialty, family-owned business and the general atmosphere of Orlando. It's a little high, but we liked supporting this 3rd generation business. Our tour guide was great with the very wide age range of our party (18 mos to 97). Her name starts with a "C" - Cynthia? [Sorry, but I posted a photo of you.] We bought tasty treats in the store (and a stuffed dragon) so their mission was accomplished, as was ours.

Magical chocolate experience - We had the most wonderful time at the chocolate kingdom — an unforgettable experience for both kids and adults alike! My three children (aged 12, 12, and 5) were absolutely captivated from start to finish. A huge shoutout to George, our fantastic instructor, who brought the entire experience to life with his game-like, theatrical storytelling. He made history come alive in the most delicious way, weaving in fun facts and chocolate lore that had the kids laughing, learning, and completely engaged. The chocolate was outstanding — rich, smooth, and of exceptional quality. Each child got to take home their own custom-made chocolate bars, which were a highlight and come highly recommended! It’s rare to find an activity that can truly entertain all three of my children at once, but this visit did exactly that. They’re already asking to come back!

Unforgettable Tour with Elaine - Wow what an experience! We had the fortune to be guided by the great Elaine who took us through the magic of creating chocolate while tasting, observing and learning a lot during the tour. Our boys (ages 9, 7 and 5) had an amazing time and so did my brother and his family who were with us. If you happen to be in Orlando this is an experience I would not miss!

YUMMY - Third generation Chocolate candy making. The ticket price was a little high. BUT you did learn alot. If you don't want the tour stop in as you can buy homemade chocolate creations made right at this factory.

Not worth the cost - We received a cocoa bean, a tiny half sip of a chocolate drink, a chocolate marshmallow, and 3 tiny molded chocolates. All the focus was on a group of young girls, one of who had a birthday. No focus was on any other guests! Definitely not worth the cost.

Manager / cashier was rude - Lady working front was rude, because she was overwhelmed by a big group of children on a field trip. She ruined my experience by being rude when I was solo traveling looking for a fun solo experience. IF YOU DON’T LIKE PEOPLE STAY OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIND A NEW JOB!!!! George was awesome I tipped him $10.
