Not a Great Company to Rent Cars from! - I took the combo deal hotel, flight & rental car. My rental car from York Car Rental was supposed to be on airport premise. As I arrived, I found out that it was off airport. The booking was done with YORK CAR RENTAL. But when I went to their office the name appears as INBOCARS CAR RENTAL. They do not accept AMEX, and I had so much trouble with their regulations. They made me pay for Insurance when I had one already. The gave me a car that was not what I signed up for. The car was dirty, many scratches all over, and the dash board displayed one or more tires doesn't have appropriate air. I brought those to their attention then they changed for a different car.

Incorrect information about free second driver given to us at time of pickup.. NO Customer Service to resolve problem. - We rented a vehicle from the off site location at Orlando Airport. The pickup went smoothly and we got to the site and in line fairly quickly. The big problem is I said my husband was the driver even though I made the reservation so it was his license they needed, but the person at the desk said I could drive as well. I SPECIFICALLY asked is it included for a second driver ( this is not my first car rental rodeo) He said yes. I said ok then. Both my husband and I heard him say it was included. The final cost was higher, I had assumed due to the hold they put on the card in the beginning. When I got home and looked at the bill they charged 14.99 a DAY for a second driver. We were only there for 4 days! After contacting the company I was told a second driver was normally included but the checked and found out Florida is different. After emailing the owner of the franchise who has the ability I am told to review the footage.... I was told, sorry they are not able to refund the money, but they would love to give us a discount on an upgrade if and when we return. Talk about stinky customer service. From now on I am going to tell the person behind the counter that if the total is not EXACTLY as it was on my original reservation, they had better fix it!
