Step-by-Step Transport Service Overview

Booking
Select your shuttle service online or by phone. Provide details such as your pickup location, destination (airport or cruise port), number of passengers, and preferred time. Confirm your booking with payment.

Confirmation
A confirmation email and/or text will be sent to you, including your pickup details, driver contact information, and shuttle vehicle description.

Pickup Preparation
On the day of travel, be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, meet your driver at the baggage claim level (ground transportation area) outside your airline’s terminal. For cruise port pickups, meet at the designated passenger pickup zone.

Driver Arrival
Your SmoothSail Shuttles driver will arrive punctually in a clearly marked vehicle. The driver will assist with your luggage and confirm your reservation.

Transportation
Enjoy a comfortable, safe, and direct ride to your destination, whether it’s the airport, cruise port, or hotel. The driver will navigate the quickest route and manage parking or drop-off logistics.

Drop-off
You will be dropped off at the specified terminal entrance or hotel lobby. The driver will assist with unloading your luggage and ensure you reach your destination safely.

Follow-up
After the service, you may receive a follow-up message for feedback or future bookings.
