Good way to see Kirkwall - Tom was super. Very knowledgeable in the ins and outs of Kirkwall and Orkney generally. We had taken a cruise excursion tour earlier in the day but Tom was able to fill in the gaps from that earlier experience and also give us a great overview of the rich history surrounding Kirkwall. Between the sights we saw on this walking tour and the insight Tom provided, we came away feeling that we have a solid understanding of the area and its history.
