Irazu!! - A great tour with Freddy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great day! We visited Irazu and Turrialba volcanoes and then on to Cartago (make sure you visit the walled garden here - it’s beautiful) along with hotel pickup and drop off.

Much more than we expected! - This tour was a full day of happy surprises. Our guide introduced us to things we would never have noticed on our own (there is a mini Golden Gate Bridge replica in San Jose), and he was remarkably patient, accommodating and gracious with his time. We were allowed to wander and explore each site as long as we wanted (the Santiago Apostol Parish ruins in Cartago are absolutely beautiful). Fun fact - in order to be classified as a town in Costa Rica it must contain 5 specific things. Take this tour and find out what they are. :-)

Nice places but little info from the guide - The guide was nice, but shared little to no information about the tour and the places we were visiting. He just drove us around and let us walk in the stops. It felt more of a driven than a guide, and this was a pity. However, we are thankful to him for bringing us around and driving relentlessly for all day until dusk.
