Smooth Speedy Exit - Viator saved our party 1.5-2 hours of waiting in line at the airport. Viator's agent was expert at navigating the various check-in points and security scan. The agent was most professional and helped us move our bags. We also enjoyed a comfortable wait at a nice lounge near the gate. We had feared the airport departure after spending a nightmarish 3 hours on lines departing Aruba 13 years ago (I wasn't sure I ever wanted to come back to Aruba). Viator gave us a smooth exit after a wonderful week in Aruba. I would definitely book Viator's services again.

Aruba departure VIP - Well worth it although the VIP Aruba lounge needs updating - food not great. Very low level alcohol- kind of dirty - it approached 6:00PM and staff couldn’t wait to get us out of there. “We’re closing in 10 minutes”

Great Service for those who need it!! - Make transiting international travel to the airport much easier for my elderly mother. What is simple for many, is complicated for those that are not technologically savvy, and having somebody Shepherd her through the process, made her and our family much more comfortable as she was traveling by herself on her way home from Aruba.

Good experience, poor value, no lounge - I booked Fast Track Departure because I was flying out on a Friday during the holiday season, and saw many horror stories about the Aruba airport lines. I could not fathom it taking 3 hours to get through the lines to fly out of AUA back to the USA. We also have Global Entry, along with first class tickets for our flight. Still, I decided to err on the side of caution and book Fast Track Departure. Vanya was very professional and courteous. We were in a separate Delta check-in line that was able to skip all of those waiting in the Sky Priority line, which was not moving (due to only one Delta employee working that counter dealing with a group of 5 who missed their flight and was being rescheduled for the following day) and prompted a man to ask what line were we in. When we finished checking in with Delta, we saw the Delta line was then out the door. The next security checkpoint we went through was fast as well, even though I had to take my jacket and shoes off. The third line was Global Entry, which there were 2 groups in front of me, so I did have to wait a few minutes. After that, Vanya took us to the Departures Lounge line, where the person in the front of the line said they had been waiting for close to an hour to get in. Not worth it, and it was 40 people in that line (I counted). All that took an entire 20 minutes altogether, so I still had a full 3 hours before my flight. The food options in that area were all disappointing (Sbarro, Panda Express, Cinnabon, Nathan’s Hot Dogs, One Happy Island bar with no frozen drinks that I saw)… I am thankful for Fast Track Departure because I despise standing in lines, but the price needs to be much lower since there’s not enough lounge space to accommodate people. I paid $370 for 2 people and zero lounge access. The gates were all crowded with people, not enough seats, people sitting on the ground (but this was the day after New Year’s).
