Revving Up for Adventure

As a former professional surfer, I’ve always been drawn to the ocean’s call, but this time, I decided to trade my surfboard for a rugged Land Cruiser and embark on the Aruba Safari adventure. The promise of an off-road island escapade was too tempting to resist. With the sun kissing my skin and the wind tousling my hair, I joined a group of fellow thrill-seekers, ready to explore Aruba’s hidden gems.

Our guides, Donny and Uncle Johnny, were the heart and soul of this journey. Their infectious energy and deep knowledge of the island made every moment unforgettable. As we navigated rocky terrains and sandy paths, they regaled us with stories of Aruba’s history and culture, making the island come alive in ways I hadn’t imagined. The Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins and the Alto Vista Chapel added a touch of history to our adventure. Donny and Uncle Johnny’s dedication to making the day special was evident in every detail, from the thoughtful birthday surprise for a fellow traveler to their relentless search for a lost wedding band. Their kindness and commitment to creating unforgettable memories made this safari truly “beyond compare.”
