Must do activity - Jeep Adventure - We had truly one of the most memorable and amazing times of any vacation we have ever taken. Mike, Ritchie, and Jason were representatives of the highest standards for De Palm Tours. On top of their professionalism, they were incredibly fun, personable, and down right cool people! We rode front row on the Jeep and Mike was our driver. Mike was amazing! Thank you Mike, Ritchie, Jason and thank you, De Palm Tours!!

Truly one happy island and its peolle - Cesar our tour guide and Louis our driver gave us a very pleasant experience touring the island. We learned much about the island, it's history, people, food, environment, and many such information. It truly was a wonderful experience. Thank you

Great day in Aruba! - Rivi was an awesome tour guide. We had so much fun. He was humorous and kind. Always looking out for everyone. He shared much history of Aruba. Very knowledgeable. All of the stops were very good but the Butterfly Farm was by far our favorite. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day!

Full day of island highlights - Hit a lot of high points of island in 4 hrs. Driver was knowledgeable and funny! We had a great time and he answered many of our questions!

Great time in Aruba - The tour was great. Kim Roy was entertaining and informative. Great value for the money. Butterfly farm was really interesting.

Exciting. - My wife and I booked the UTv tour. It was quite evident that de Palm has a well planned and executed organization. The staff are well trained, courteous and informative. Hats off to Johnnie and Ziggy for hustling mad shepherding a group of ten utvs over three hours. However, the website description of the tour was a bit more docile than the actual pace of the drive. While I acknowledge the tour was stimulating (definitely an adrenaline rush), you are so involved in racing they the terrain you have little time to enjoy the scenery. I hope you have a lbetter experience.

Nice Experience - Very nice experience. Stops weren’t too long or too short. Tour guide Luis was very informative & kept us amused. Definitely recommended.

Frustrating at times ...information counts drops. - We booked the tour with Fantasy tour through Get your guide, in SPANISH, the guide was Mary and it was disappointing, because it explained extensively in English and a brief and scarce explanation in Spanish, which sometimes had to be requested, without any fluency with the language . Take pictures of the places and then google the explanation. I saw these complaints on several pages and it really is the closest thing to a scam, I get very angry about the situation. The rest trying to be objective, drove with caution, punctual, the comfortable minibus, the tour gives a comprehensive idea of the island for which we do not have a car, the beach of baby beach cute, you can snorkel (take your own equipment), variety of fish, some large, turtles I did not see, We paid 69usd per person,included transportation and 1 water. The visit to the Aloe Vera factory very well, there the guide gave the explanation on the tour correctly in both languages. Faced with this experience we do not want to take excursions anymore, it would have been better a taxi that speaks Spanish and we would have known better about life on this island.

Very disappointed - Even if the email states your tickets are enclosed, open the email and SCAN YOUR "TICKETS" AT A VOUCHER REDEMPTION CENTER! we were under the impression that the codes were our tickets since the email title stated they were tickets. Apparently it's vouchers not the tickets. Because of this, we were not picked up and the representative was very condescending when we asked for a refund due to this mix up. Will not use viator again any time soon.
