Been There, Done That - Still Amazing! - Been on several jeep tours in Aruba over the years with various companies. This was the first time where after pickup that we didn't have to go to a central office to complete paperwork and then start the tour. The tour started right after pickup! Aside from that, our driver Marcel, was very entertaining and informative. He was right there with us at each stop, explaining the highlights and history. He took lots of pictures for us. Overall the tour was great... even for those who have been there and done that.

Fantastic Jeep tour thanks to top guide Marcel! - Great! Highly recommended! Fantastic guide Marcel! I joined the Jeep tour to the Natural Pool & Caves Off-Road Safari and our guide Marcel was really the best! We have seen the beautiful rock formations at Ayo, visited impressive caves and of course the Natural Pool. Marcel took beautiful pictures and made sure we laughed a lot! Even the drive to the Natural Pool was an experience. As Marcel himself said: "bumby bumby, shakey shakey" bumpy and jerky, but really fun! Along the way we got cold water and delicious granola bars, which made me feel really well cared for. I will recommend to bring your own snack if you have a peanut allergy or if you get hungry quickly;) Although the Natural Pool was closed that day, Marcel took us to Baby Beach so we could still swim. He even brought snorkels for those who felt like a snorkeling adventure. *there were also Dixie’s available at the locations Marcel was incredibly friendly, attentive and always had an eye for our safety. On the way back we also got a little tour through Aruba, which allowed us to see even more of the island than expected. I went home with beautiful pictures, lots of great memories and a big smile. I highly recommend this tour and I hope you are lucky enough to get Marcel as a guide too! *Oh yes a tip, if you sit in front you will not suffer from the bumps! And don't wear a hat during the jeep ride, because yes it flies off (living witnesses here haha)

Great experience - Amazing trip and Victor was a terrific guide with a ton of knowledge. The Natural Pool however was closed to jumping and swimming due to bad currents and strong winds. Just a part of Aruba but still disappointing. The caves were amazing and Victor took some great pics of us.

Poor planning and a waste of time - The long dusty, rough road out to the Natural pool did NOT have to happen if communication was properly conceived. Because the pool was closed the group could only look at it. I’m sure someone knew of the high water closure BEFORe the 20 minutes of getting tossed about on the dirt track. Will not use Viator again
