I visited ZWF in February 2018 and had a great experience. This past weekend, I brought my son and his family. Disappointed as the group was too big. There were like 15 - 20 people in our group. It made our experience less enjoyable. Also, since the group was huge, they would not bring the monkeys to be held because the large group would scare them. My granddaughters were disappointed as I told them they would be holding monkeys and that is why we brought them.

well, I find out to be quiete costly, the tour was great, the girl was very pleasant and knoledgable, however after the 5 mint spend with the white lion cub was quiete disappointing. that girl was somewhat rude.. I asked her if we could take one photo with my grand daughter, she refused. the cub had enough. I understand the part of enough encounter per cub! However she should not take us, the cub should have been remove and switch, I mentioned to her, I am all about the animal been comfortable and not over stress by visitors, I came with my grand daughter, paid the fee ask to spend 5 mint. and take pix. So she need social grace class to know how to handle her duty and dealing with people. take in consideration that we are here to take with us one awesome memory, a photo... So therefore I am not sure I will bring my other grand children. Have a great day. Lauren Chabaud
