Our one hour plane ride was more thrilling than expected. Living in Rodanthe for so long and finally seeing our little part of Hatteras Island from above, was well worth the plane ticket alone. Our pilot Amelia was excellent in all areas, flying with her was as if our best friend was the pilot.
