Took 2 rises... second tour guide was difficult to understand
Great guide, carriage was comfortable, my only comment is that is was a little difficult to find the starting point of the tour with all the other carriage companies around, a sign might be helpful! Overall, great experience!
The driver was amazing and very knowledgeable! The best part of our trip, thank you again!
Tour guides very knowledgeable, personable and willing to answer questions. Sometimes hard to follow, as the history went back and forth in time. Overall a good experience!
Ginger (and Magic) were excellent. Very knowledgable and provided lots of fun facts. Our route was not great however, I think it was 5. I would have preferred a more historic section. We drove along King street and saw Gucci shops.
Knowledgeable driver and great tour.
While the driver was friendly, he was not as informative and knowledgeable as other drivers we have had both in Charleston and other cities such as Beaufort, Savannah, Nee Orleans. He seemed like he was just going through the motions.
Everyone with this company was very helpful, and the tour guide was excellent
Guide was great, It would have been nice with fewer riders.
I would have liked a choice of places to see on the tour.
Was not able to get a table by the band.
Good tour. Explain random tour "bingo ball selection" upfront.
Our tour actually started a few minutes early once everyone scheduled had arrived. Our driver was very knowledgeable and personable. I do wish we had gotten a different route, but that was just the luck of the draw with what route we were assigned by the city.
I wasn't interested in the University but that's where we ended up spending a lot of our time due to our place in the "lottery". Didn't feel we got a good view of the city. Tour guide was great though!
My 12 year old got off the carriage and said "Mom I really loved that tour !! ". Moms never hear that ! Wow
Very knowledgeable guide and great tour.
This carriage tour was great. Our guide was a very knowledgeable Charleston local who spent the entire ride giving us some great history. The tour started on time and allowed us to see most of the major historic areas in this beautiful place.
My boyfriend was hanging off his seat (we were placed on the end.) He waa a bigger guy and very uncomfortable shoved to fit in a row of four people. We both feel three people ismost efficebt as the other kady on the opposite end if the front of our carriage was not hanging off but comfortably sitting. We had an excellent tour guide who rode Dakota on Mondays. Very thorough, funny, restful and scenic experience. Horses well taken care of and no safety issues. Price was good for long tour.
Ride and Guide were fine, just really hot day and horse looked like he was tired.
Lots of fun and very interesting
Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality
We had a great experience and loved Ginger. She was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable and came across as very sincere. Obviously she has to say the same things dozens of times a day, but you would never know it! She's great and Charleston is incredible. . .just couldn't spend as much time there as we wanted. Would love to come back!
This was a very enjoyable way to learn about Charleston. Our guide Ginger was excellent-- not overbearing, but engaged, entertaining and very knowledgeable. We will recommend.
We chose it for availability but we were delighted by our guide I believe his name was John and his historic knowledge of the. City and his great personality the hoarse & carriage were clean and well kept great job
Matt was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history. He talked the whole hour and was very pleasant. We even recommended him to other people we met that day after our tour. Thank you.
