We had a great time and covered lots of territory during our tour.
Carl was a great guide, taking us to places off the beaten track for some fantastic photo shots, advising on best angles and lens choice. He also provided great insight into the culture and beliefs of the Navajo.
Tooley was exceptional. Knowledgeable, helpful, and a wry sense of humor. We particularly appreciated his commitment to, and explanations of, traditional tribal values and extended family traditions.
Highly informative, exciting, fascinating and relaxed tour. Very sympathic guide.
We had an excellent experience with Phillips. Tulee (not sure of spelling unfortunately) was an excellent guide. We did the all day tour of both monument valley and an area outside the monument with outstanding geology, terrain and ruins. Well worth the price. Highly recommend.
Tully was a superb driver and guide. He knew all the spots, all the angles, and a great deal about the history of the region. I gave you a plug on my blog today, https://saintlouismodailyphoto.blogspot.com/2017/09/why-people-come-here.html .
Carl was very knowledgeable about the area and the Navajo people. Really enjoyed his stories. Elliott who done the second part of the tour was great really enjoyed his song in the big hogan.
We chose the Grand Tour to see what we had not seen two years ago The loop in Monument Valley is not very interesting We are very amazed by the visit in Mystery Valley, to my opinion, it's the most beautiful area With a guide it's a wonderful experience, now I differently feel this area The most important is not to make pictures... Thank you for this day
The guide was very knowledgeable, understanding of our medical issues, overall, just a very enjoyable experience with no negative issues at all.
Elliot King was our guide. He made the whole day a magical one for the two of us! Monument Valley and Mystery Valley were very different and both wonderful. He told us stories of the gods and the creatures and the names of land masses we would see along the way. He also shared stories of his family and took us to meet his aunt Effie and his mother, Priscilla. He talked about the day-to-day traditions of his people. He loves to sing and did so...beautifully. I had been to the Valley before but seeing it all through the eyes of a person who is so proud of this land made it very special. Thank you.
Excellent guides. They spent a good amount of time at each spot and it was a full days adventure. My guides were switched out on me midway through but that was ok. The email I received alowes me to have lunch either at The View restaurant or at Gouldings. I felt like I had to fight to have lunch at the View.
Staff who guided us around was very kind. He took us to lots of places which are exclusive for private tour and he also provided us enough time to take pictures in each location.
Driver was very kind and competent. He show us good shots for photos. We especially enjoyed thé mystery Valley.
Hello, my wife and I had an 8 hour tour with Tully, and we had a great time. Tully was very knowledgeable about where to take the best photos from, advised me to take my tripod up the hill when I was going to leave it behind, and was willing to answer all of my questions about the area, and the Navaho culture. Because it was just my wife and I on the tour, and Tully was using the 4wheel drive SUV, we where able to go to places the other larger multi seat vans where not able to go, allowing us to enjoy those spots by ourselves, and we where allowed to spend as much time as we wanted without being rushed, which is very important to me when I am taking my once in a lifetime photos. Thank you for allowing use to see Monument Valley, and providing a great service. Kurt Gotthardt New Hampshire New
