When in Olhão, look for the pier where people take the ferry to the islands, known as "pier T", cais T in Portuguese. Walk to the end of that pier, right till you are close to the ferries, and look for a big boat with a big blue top. As soon you confirm, we will approach to welcome you aboard.

What a day! - We left "Venture" with a great experience to remember and share: new knowledge, relaxation, good vibes, and a strong desire to come back. Daniel and Suraya made this journey unforgettable and magical for all of us. Daniel is a man who understands his audience, intelligent, dexterous, and a true polymath, but also well-spirited, respectful, and confident in what he does. He shared a wealth of relevant information about the historical significance of Olhão, its culture, the fisheries, the wildlife of Ria Formosa, the birds, and the importance of the ecosystem for both the local residents and all of us. Ria Formosa is a stunning place with dazzling views and a natural sense of peace. Everyone on board felt safe, dry, and welcomed at all times; everything felt natural and genuine. We loved everything, the boat, the information, the sights, the attention, the fun, and the laughs we had a really good time. We wish all the success and happiness to this team.

Cold day, but a very good one. - Not that many people in the water, maybe because it was really Early, 9am because of the low tide, we took the nature Tour. For the birdwatching community, this is a must and a delight. Silence and quietness this time of the year is impressive, the boat in it self is quiet and stable, this makes it possible to get really close to the birds without disturbing their normal behavior, and getting really good photos. Lots of birds, flocks of spoonbills, lot's of Storks, Spoonbills, Great cormorants, we even had the opportunity to observe a Osprey hunting for breakfast. If you're not an expert, do not worry, I'm sure Daniel will tell you all about it in the most engaging way, the man is a well of knowledge and very enthusiastic, seriously. There are booklets to help newbies identify the species, also good binoculars. They had small blankets and hot coffee, which was a nice gesture on the crew. Safe and clean boat. We will for sure do it again and recommend.

In a Class of its own... - Not the average Tour, an Excepcional day out in a stunning natural park with first class service. Totally personalized experience with an impressively knowledgeable guide, very kind and attentive. We went up to the night, which was not in the original plan, but we were having such a nice time, we didn't want to leave. So the Skippers allowed us to extend the tour for 2 hours and got to watch the sunset on a desert island having Cava and oysters, directly from the oyster field, it was magical moment. And yes, it is real slow tourism, one enjoys and savours every moment. Great comfortable boat, stable and quiet with restroom, perfect conditions aboard. There was also leaflets with information about the fauna and flora of the Ria Formosa, binoculars, coffee machine, fresh drinks (on the house), freezer, cooler with ice, adequate "soundtrack" for the moment, and much more I won't disclose😉. What I do remember is having the best time and feeling of our Holliday. Thank you so much.

A good way to see the Algarve out of the usual mess - We took a trip with the Slow Life Tours and it went very well. Guides were friendly, attentive and know Ria Formosa well. The boat is comfortable, stable and gives a good sense of safety. The area is beautiful and worth seeing in peace. A good way to see the Algarve out of the usual mess.

Many thanks to Daniel and Soraia for an unforgettable day! - From the first contact, the warm and professional Welcoming of Daniel Et soraia immediately seduced me.The concept is based on the idea of slowing down the pace to better appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of the Ria Formosa. Daniel, a true expert in the region, passionately shares his knowledge of local flora and fauna and history. Every detail of the route is carefully planned to offer a unique and rewarding experience. The boat is comfortable and well maintained, allowing to enjoy the landscape in the best conditions. The tour includes several strategic stops for close observation of migratory birds, salt marshes, and even secret beaches accessible only by boat. All in total respect for the environment, which is a real plus for ecotourism lovers. In short, this experience offers much more than just a boat tour; it is a complete immersion in the serenity and beauty of the Ria Formosa. I highly recommend this activity to anyone looking to reconnect with nature while discovering the hidden treasures of this unique region. Many thanks to Daniel and Soraia for an unforgettable day!

Great day! - Skipper managed to take our family in our private Tour, away from the crowd and into a very authentic place for a swim and some relaxing time, the kids snorkeled, we had time for the adults, everything went so smooth, we had oysters directly from the from the water, there was some summer typical crowd in some places, but from our boat it felt like being in heaven looking down. Great day.

Informative, fun, magical - Unbelievably lucky to spend a morning on this comfortable boat. But the absolute win was having Daniel as a guide. Excellent English allowed us to understand the ecology, the fauna and the culture of this magical area. Intelligent comments to a wide range of questions left us dazzled at the breadth of his knowledge. If you want to escape the monotone recital of your guides doing their spiel, you are in the right place. Highly, highly recommended .
