Would not do or recommend. Just go to the Visitor Center and enjoy! - Not what I expected for our 1 1/2 - 2-hour tour. No air conditioning in trolley. On 5-minute drive to 1st stop, for 45 minutes inside Visitor Center, heard about 3 murdered women and their bodies left in cave, then the next 5-minute drive to 2nd stop, for 40 minutes inside/at the US Waterway Army Corp of Engineers, then 3-minute drive into town, never get out of trolley, heard about residents who died in tornado, then a short drive back to Starved Rock Lodge heard about the Indians who died on top of Starved Rock as well as the Indian Chief who was killed. It was disappointing for a Historic Trolley Tour as we had already gone to the Visitor Center and seen the displays about Starved Rock's History and were able to see 1-4 short movies.
