You will receive your booking confirmation once all necessary information has been provided.

The day before your scheduled pickup, you will be informed of your driver’s name. Additionally, please let us know what information you would like on your greeting sign, such as your name or a specific phrase.

After clearing customs, proceed to the main exit where your driver will be waiting with your sign for easy identification.

Your driver will then guide you away from the crowd to avoid obstructing traffic while retrieving the vehicle. Upon returning, your driver will load your luggage into the vehicle, and you may then enter.

You will receive a complimentary bottle of water as you begin your journey.

Upon arrival at your destination, your driver will assist with unloading your luggage and, if available, will contact the bellhop. A final check will be conducted to ensure nothing is left behind before your driver departs.
