Enjoy the thrill of jumping off the edge into the deep pool, swinging on Tarzan ropes, or swimming beneath the caves. A short 5-minute hike through the woods leads to the spectacular Secret Falls. Be amazed as you journey through the magnificent, lush green vegetation to reach Secret Falls, where the cascading waters embrace you while you capture incredible photos. Resident photographers are available, but feel free to bring your own waterproof camera. Your Blue Hole guide will gladly assist in taking photos of you.

• Dunn’s River Falls and Park - Experience the unique adventure at the world-renowned Dunn’s River Falls, where you climb the falls in a human chain led by skilled Falls Guides. Dunn’s River Falls Park offers the perfect setting for family fun and relaxation, with delightful discoveries at every turn. Your friendly resident guide will escort you to the beach where the tour begins. The climb from the beach to the top spans approximately 600 ft (183 meters). Along the way, there are pools for photo opportunities and playful moments. Let the cascades embrace you as you ascend. Pause at the ‘massage parlor’ to enjoy the soothing effects of the water cascading to the sea. Exit points are available if you wish to stop – if so, reunite with your group at the finish. For those less adventurous, live vicariously by observing the activities of the more daring from the “safe” vantage point of the terrace or deck.

Be ready for a day of adventure from your hotel lobby; bring a swimsuit and towel. Meet your guide and climb into a comfortable, air-conditioned tour vehicle bound for Ocho Rios. On the way, listen to your guide’s commentary on the passing scenery. Make some rest stops along the way to stretch your legs and take photos. Arrive at the Blue Hole Secret Falls to meet your onsite tour guide for your first activity. Check out the pristine Blue Hole, filled with deep azure waters ready for cliff-jumping and Tarzan rope swinging. Take a quick hike through the jungle to the Secret Falls, a great spot for photo ops. Depart your first stop and head for Dunn’s River Falls to meet your waterfall guide. Trek up the cascades and splash through the mini pools on the way, then stop at Scotchies Outdoor Garden Restaurant for a Jamaican jerk meal (own expense). Your tour passes through Runaway Bay before ending with a drop-off back at your resort at the end of the day.
