They will take you through the River Gardens, share a brief account of our initial inhabitants – the Taino Indians, familiarize you with various indigenous birds and animals, and accompany you on the waterfall climb. Concealed in the hills and only about 5 minutes away from the Ocho Rios town Centre is where you’ll find Konoko Falls. This beautiful estate, apart from the waterfalls, hosts a museum and a small zoo. Guests can participate in a guided tour to learn about the island’s history and its earliest residents, the Tainos, who Columbus encountered when he first arrived in Jamaica. The extensive gardens of Konoko Falls make it a perfect location for groups, weddings, and other special celebrations.
