- Obereggen - Experience the renowned sledge slope in the Dolomites and explore the western Dolomites via the iconic “The Great Dolomites Road.” At the ski resort, a modern gondola lift will take visitors to the toboggan run’s starting point, situated at 1830 meters above sea level. This famous toboggan track features an artificial snow system, ensuring usability even without natural snow, and a lighting system for thrilling night descents. The track spans 2.5 km with a 280-meter altitude difference and is considered easy, making it suitable for both adults and children.
- Lago di Carezza - A stop at Carezza Lake, the most stunning lake in the Dolomites, includes a 30-minute stay with an optional walk around the lake. The journey continues to Costalunga Pass, where the historic “Grand Hotel Carezza” is located. Built in 1893, it was the first luxury hotel in the Dolomites and hosted notable guests such as Empress Sissi, Winston Churchill, and Agatha Christie.
- Fassa Valley - From Costalunga Pass, the route leads to Fassa Valley in Trentino, passing through the towns of Vigo di Fassa and Canazei, arriving beneath the towering peaks of the Sella Group.
- Passo Sella - At Sella Pass, the landscape is breathtaking, with the vertical walls of Sella directly ahead. From here, the Marmolada glacier (3,343 m) and the majestic Sassolungo (3,181 m), the most famous mountain in Gardena Valley, can be admired. A 10-minute stop is perfect for capturing photos.
- Ortisei - Descending from Sella Pass, the journey enters Gardena Valley, the most popular tourist valley in the Dolomites, with a stop in its largest town, the charming Ortisei. Enjoy a one-hour stay for a lunch break and to explore the town. From Ortisei, it’s less than an hour back to Bolzano.

Dolomites and its beauty - Amazing guide Alessandro.
Attentive and informative. Showed us the MOST BEAUTIFUL PARONAMIC VIEW OF DOLOMITES (if weather permits)
Toboganning was also fun as a family activity with hubby and my 18 yrs old son as father and son competed on the 2.5km run

A trip not to miss!! - I have lived many years in Italy and can find my way around ok. I decided to book with Alessandro to go around the Dolomites so I did not have to drive. It was a fantastic experience and my family and I saw many sights and history that we would have missed if we did not take this trip.
Alessandro picked us up and thought of everything for our comfort. He customized the trip so we could visit a little town that we had heard was very pretty. He brought us to unique locations for food and snacks. It was a wonderful day. Thanks to Alessandro for being so knowledgeable and flexible.
