Service Reservation
Travelers are encouraged to book their tours in advance through the company’s official channels, such as WhatsApp, phone, or website. During this process, the travel date, number of passengers, departure time, cost, and general tour recommendations are confirmed.

Booking Confirmation
Once availability is verified, travelers secure their spots by making the necessary payment. They will then receive a confirmation of the service, including final details of the meeting point, schedule, and tour specifics.

Meeting Point
On the day of the tour, passengers should gather at Juárez Park “El Llano,” located on Calzada Porfirio Díaz in Oaxaca de Juárez. This location is central, safe, and easily accessible. The tour coordinator will identify passengers and assign seating within the transport unit.

Departure from Transport
After the group is fully assembled, the transport departs from El Llano Park at the scheduled time. The transportation is comfortable, air-conditioned, and adheres to all necessary safety measures.

Transfer and Tour
Throughout the journey, the coordinator or guide provides general information about the route and the destinations to be visited. The trip is conducted directly and in an organized manner to the planned tour stops.

Arrival at Destination
The transport arrives at the designated tour destinations, where passengers disembark to engage in the scheduled activities. Upon completion of the tour, the return transfer is conducted according to the established itinerary, concluding the transport service.
