You are warmly welcomed into our home! Instantly, you will feel like a part of our family and traditions. Our welcome begins just as my grandmother did with me, with hot chocolate and bread. Sharing stories and traditions of our culture with you is a joy. Classes are available in both Spanish and English.
The class will be held in our charming outdoor kitchen, situated on our terrace. You will learn to prepare food and cook in a traditional Oaxaqueña kitchen, known as a brasero - a classic brick stove with an open flame.
Engage in a hands-on cooking experience where you will learn to prepare appetizers, traditional drinks, salsas, and main dishes.
After all our efforts, we will enjoy a communal meal around the table with food, drink, stories, laughter, love, and of course, mezcal.
We eagerly anticipate connecting with you through food and flavor, one of our culture’s oldest traditions.
