The Ancient Echoes of Monte Albán

No journey through Oaxaca would be complete without indulging in its culinary offerings. Our lunch stop was a buffet of traditional dishes, a feast for the senses. From rich moles to fresh tortillas, each bite was a celebration of Oaxacan culture. The meal was a reminder of the deep connection between food and identity, a theme that resonates in many of my travels.

Our final stops were a pottery town and a chocolate shop, each offering a glimpse into the artisanal traditions that define this region.
