Oaxaca All Day Tour - We had a great trip to see the sites in the Oaxaca area and experience Oaxacan culture. Jose was a great and gracious host . And Juan Carlos our driver brought us everywhere safely..The entirety of the tour was explained in Spanish and English and was presented very well by Jose. Thoroughly enjoyed our adventure and would do it again. Gracias. PM

🌟 Hidden gem of a tour: covers six places for a great price! 🌟 - 🌟 My cousin and I reviewed several tours and this one covered all the places we wanted to see in one day: Santa Maria del Tule, Hierve el Agua, Teotitlan del Valle, Santiago Matatlan, San Pablo Villa de Mitla and a mezcal tasting! Of note, we conducted the booking in Spanish and our driver also only spoke Spanish but our trip guide was bilingual, and all the stops had fully bilingual presenters/guides. Also, we communicated fluently via WhatsApp to verify the trip and to find the meeting spot at the Zocalo the day of the tour. Met some great fellow travelers and shared some amazing experiences. Tip: at Hierve el Agua, water (anti-slip) shoes are a must - it's *very* slippery. Ask a fellow traveler to take your photo "at the edge" of the first pool - nifty optical illusion. Highly recommended! 🌟

A whistle stop tour of Oaxaca highlights - A great way to see the main tourist sites - organised so each trip in the air con mini van is only up to c 30 mins. Our driver Misael and guide Andres were both really friendly.

WONDERFUL! - One of the best tours I've ever taken. Mirna took us to each point as mentioned and had enough patience with my grandmother, who no longer walks much and had to slow down. The tour was personalized and quality, you can see the affection it puts to what it does, no matter the day or time. At every point we walked he gave us explanations or hired us a guide, we were enough to know and he was also flexible over time. We highly recommend hiring them! THANK YOU SO MUCH! We had a wonderful time.

Amazing, comfortable, worth it! - We thought it was going to be a large tour in a stuffy van, instead, we got this awesome tour guide , Mirna, with a private sedan and air conditioner. Very comfortable to go all over. There were three of us and we loved everything. It was so worth it. We had rented a car but preferred to do this by tour , especially to go to “Hierve el Agua”.
The places she took us to visit the textile factory, and the Mezcal were amazing.
Mirna was amazing with her timing , was punctual , she answered questions and recommended great places . She completed the tour as promised . Would love to do more tours with her . Thank you Mirna for even returning my scarp back to the hotel you’re such a great hostess !!

The tour was well organized. The driver was very good, felt safe especially on dirt roads Lunch was great. - Lucas was a great guide although my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish wished he could have explained the various sites more.

Amazing places, but no English-speaking guide during the long car rides - The places we visited were magical and beautiful. I definitely recommend visiting these places. Also, the tour turned out to be private tour, just for me and my partner. It was nice though I personally would have enjoyed meeting other travellers.
However, the tour was not led by one English-speaking guide but by a driver and local guides at each spot. The driver was really friendly but barely spoke English. Without striving to ask questions with easy short sentences or reading wikipedia by ourselves, we could not learn anything new during the long car rides. My partner even asked me if I really chose a trip for English speakers.

Disappointing - It was difficult to make contact with the tour company to confirm hotel pick up point. Only managed to do so after having raised the matter with Viator Help centre.
The minivan for the tour was old, the seat upholstery torn and pretty cramped with hardly any room between the seats making it difficult to get in and out of the van especially if you’ve been unfortunate to get the last seats as we did!
The group consisted of Spanish and English speaking passengers and though the tour guide, Luis spoke in both languages, it felt like he explained in more detail in Spanish. Also, it was very difficult to hear what he was saying as we were sitting right at the back and even after making him aware of this, he made no attempt to speak louder. The van did not have a microphone facility considering the number of passengers.
It was the same when we visited the artisan craft workshop - the English explanation was brief and poorly delivered.
All in all it is not a tour company I would recommend.

Scam - This is a scam. Never showed up. Never responded. I waited for 30 minutes. I called them on WhatsApp and normal calls. I messaged multiple times and and via the Viator app and now one responded. I found the real tour operator at the zocalo and they told me that the number and address is all fake.
