Beyond expectations! Alex is a phenomenal instructor, we had four people in our group, all at different levels of ability and he was the perfect cheerleader for us all. Really, couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Our guide/instructor, Leo, was really terrific. However, the group of us totaled 9, including three boys about the age of 8 or 9. Leo was very patient with them but being solo for this outing meant the practice climbs took extra long and then Leo had to split the groups into two and travel between the two groups. Our group, five adults, loved our time climbing and hanging out in the tree. Would do it again, I think. Would strongly recommend the company has a ratio of 1 instructor per 4 or 5 climbers though. Thanks.
