I was a little disappointed with the speakers I wish there was a better variety with different topics and not just going through slides. Lunch seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Breaks in between were too long. Otherwise I was very glad to have such an event take place. I hope there will be others and in other locations to be able to visit different cemeteries. Including a tour of one would be a great idea. Also I would love to see more vendors/exhibitors sharing their collections and oddities for sale.

I learned a lot about funeral/graveyard symbolism. I have an art background and I particularly enjoyed Walter Arthur talking about stone carving. I enjoyed the presentation on Minnesota's dead. It brought the people and the time they lived in back to life. I am a history buff and an arm chair archaeologist. I also learned much from the graveyard folklore presentation. Well done!!!

Wonderfully organized, engaging speakers. Lots of details in the stories shared. I got so much more out the day than I could have imagined. Enjoyed the people I met and everyone was really friendly for an otherwise "odd" interest group. My favorite speaker was Walter S. Arnold and his insight and experience with carving. I did this seminar solo without feeling alone - it was nice to feel comfortable among "strangers". I am so looking forward to more events with Chicago Hauntings, especially the cemetery tours to see some of the highlights that were presented in the seminar. Thank you so much for putting this together, the venue was superb. Just so much fun in learning. Thank you so much for my first great experience with Chicago Hauntings. Regards, Lori

I really enjoyed the day and learned a lot. My only negative comments deals with keeping the speakers on their alloted time and the relevance of the Minnesota speaker. I would also have liked more from vendor displays and the Hardcore Hearse Club.
