Great Boat Ride - The crew were very friendly and I loved the music they played. First trip out was in the afternoon and was very windy so after a half an hour ride we had to turn back around. Got to rebook for later in the week. Second was much better light waves. Did not spot any whales but saw a big turtle and it was a very nice boat ride. Got beverages and light snacks. Whales have minds of their own. So you can’t blame the tour operator for not seeing any whales. There was at least 3 other boats around our boat doing the same thing. One boat called our boat and said they saw the whales deep in the water but they never breached the water. I would still recommend this crew for your next cruise.

Nice experience. - This was a great experience, the boat was large enough for everyone to have a great vantage point and the staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to see any whales but nature decides what happens which is what makes their policy allowing you to come back a huge plus.

Up Close with Giants of the Sea - Seeing the whales up close in their natural habitat was nothing short of magical. Watching them surface, breach and slapping their tails was a humbling experience - one I’ll never forget. The boat was comfortable and well-maintained. The crew was clearly passionate about marine life, very knowledgeable and they knew exactly where to go.

Read the waiver carefully to be sure you are comfortable with it - Actually, chose NOT to go on this particular tour, because of the mandatory waiver you are required to sign in advance, which explicitly states that the business is immune from prosecution for any eventuality, to the point of death, even in the event of gross negligence on their part. I called to question this and was advised this is what their legal team came up with. Fortunately, they send this out in advance and cancelling is easy. I was also disappointed to find a $7 per person fuel surcharge. On the positive side, the trip sounds great and there are lots of positive reviews, and they offer a military discount. In checking out another service, I was told the conditions are on the reverse of the ticket but you are not required to sign. Aloha all!

No whale sightings - Time of year and weather were not ideal. No whale sightings. So sad. Staff was great. We could not reschedule and wouldn't let us transfer to others for next attempt.

When I arrived, I was... - When I arrived, I was told I owed a $7.00 fuel surcharge which Viator does not collect. Parking in the area was limited and cost $24.00. You could not hear the information about the whales if you were outside and not in the cabin area.
