Gist of our Experience - Had an amazing time at Kapolei Karaoke!⭐️ Affordable, great location with free parking, and good service. Elena (weekend of August 23-24, 2025) was friendly, helpful, and made sure all our needs were met. She took extra care with our food and drinks before the karaoke room. Also when our room was delayed by 15 minutes, the establishment added that time to the end of our rental (so we got the full time). The song selection app was easy to use, allowing us to pre-load songs (great time-saver), turned our smartphones into the TV remotes and there is a tab to suggest artists/songs (if they dont have it). The only downside were some of the chairs in the karaoke room (some felt like sitting in buckets). Next time, I'll definitely opt for a bigger room, as we had six people in a standard one. 🎤 Escape Room: We escaped Blackbeard’s Brig (yay! 60%ers) and loved the puzzles and experience. Cant give away too much, so go check it out yourself. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to add a bit more variety in puzzles and reduce the reliance on locks. 🔐Overall, it was a fun. Sang Happy Birthday, practiced our cultural songs, and had a blast without any interruptions! Looking forward to our next visit! A hui hou, Kapolei Karaoke! 💫

We had a blast! - This is a great way to unwind with some team building. My friends and I played both of the rooms. They were challenging and alot of fun.

Best escape room ever - Best escape room I've done ever and waaaay better than PC or the others in town. You have to try this one in kapolei if you like

Try it out - Check this place out, reminds me a little of Disneyland. Better to go with some friends, makes it more fun. They also have some virtual reality game and karaoke rooms.

Nice one - The escape room was fun! I appreciated how the puzzles were tough, but not overly hard or elaborate. It's good fun for kids.

Guaranteed Fun and Amazing Service! - I absolutely loved the experience! The karaoke is super lively — I had so much fun singing with friends. The service was impeccable — everyone was very attentive and helpful. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Go with the easier one if you don't have experience. - It was a first time experience and it was so fun. We shouldn't have chosen the hard one because it really requires some brains and expertise. Larger groups have more people working on a problem. Thank God for Rayne (sorry about the spelling) though, he walked us through and helped us get out. Things you'd never think of were the clues.
