Trip to outlet - The bus arrived late. Trip was fine. Inside the bus was clean. Return trip wa also late. Will be good to have some background music.

Bus pick up point confusion - I was advised of wrong pick up point and we were waiting at the wrong bus stop. Received a call and made our way to the pick up stop over in the next street. Ended up waiting over an hour for pick up. NB…staff were patient and waited for us to make our way to the pick up point. No trouble coming home.

Decent transport option but don’t expect luxury - They changed our meeting point which wasn’t much of a walk but pretty old bus with average aircon - price ok as it was a decent distance

The premium outlets are... - The premium outlets are not that large and it is not likely that you will need more than 3 hrs to shop. This is important when considering the return time. The shuttle was one of the cheapest seen online. They will ask you regarding the return time when you board the shuttle.
